面齿轮副圆柱齿轮的齿面修形及其啮合性能研究

【摘要】:由于传递扭矩大、体积及质量小的特点,面齿轮作为一个新型航空传动齿轮越来越受到人们的重视,如何提高其传动啮合性能成为了研究的热点,因此,本文对圆柱齿轮齿廓和齿向修形的面齿轮副啮合特性进行了研究,以期为优化设计面齿轮副提供依据。主要研究内容包括: 面齿轮加工和啮合理论分析。推导出面齿轮工作齿面以及过渡齿面方程。根据面齿轮齿面特点,求解了面齿轮齿顶变尖的最大外半径以及不发生根切的最小内半径,建立了圆柱齿轮和面齿轮的三维模型。 面齿轮副圆柱齿轮的齿廓抛物线修形和齿向磨齿修鼓方法研究。通过ABAQUS软件对面齿轮传动进行了有限元接触分析,得到了最大主应力、接触面积以及传动误差等啮合参数,结果表明,修形面齿轮副获得了更小的传动误差。 修形面齿轮副传动的结构性振动和噪声分析。通过模态分析得到了面齿轮副系统的固有振型和固有频率。建立了正交面齿轮的弹性振动模型,并用ADAMS软件进行求解,得到了面齿轮角加速度时域和频域图,并分析了负载和转速对角加速度的影响。根据加速度级1/3倍频程结构噪声方程,计算了面齿轮在啮合频率处的结构性噪声值。 制造了面齿轮及修形圆柱齿轮,在检测机上测量了不同面齿轮传动副的接触压力、传动误差、振动加速度,验证了仿真结果及研究方法的正确性。图50幅,表15个,参考文献72篇。
[Abstract]:Due to the characteristics of large torque transmission, small volume and small mass, surface gear, as a new type of aeronautical transmission gear, has been paid more and more attention to. How to improve its transmission meshing performance has become a hot research topic. In this paper, the meshing characteristics of cylindrical gear tooth profile and face gear pair with tooth profile modification are studied in order to provide the basis for the optimization design of surface gear pair. The main research contents include: surface gear machining and meshing theory analysis. The equations of the working tooth surface and the transition tooth surface of the front gear are derived. According to the tooth surface characteristics of the face gear, the maximum outer radius and the minimum inner radius of the top tip of the face gear are solved, and the three-dimensional model of the cylindrical gear and the face gear is established. Research on tooth profile parabola modification and tooth grinding drum modification method of surface gear pair cylindrical gear. Through finite element contact analysis of face gear transmission with ABAQUS software, the meshing parameters such as maximum principal stress, contact area and transmission error are obtained. The results show that the gear pair with modified profile has a smaller transmission error. Structural Vibration and noise Analysis of Modification Gear pair Transmission. Through modal analysis, the natural mode and natural frequency of the surface gear pair system are obtained. The elastic vibration model of orthogonal gear is established and solved by ADAMS software. The time domain and frequency domain diagrams of angular acceleration of surface gear are obtained, and the effects of load and rotation speed on angular acceleration are analyzed. Based on the structural noise equation of 1 / 3 octave of acceleration, the structural noise value of surface gear at meshing frequency is calculated. The surface gear and modified cylindrical gear are manufactured. The contact pressure, transmission error and vibration acceleration of different face gear transmission pairs are measured on the tester, and the correctness of the simulation results and the research methods are verified. There are 50 pictures, 15 tables and 72 references.
