梯形滑块双定子轴向马达的研究
[Abstract]:As an executive component of hydraulic transmission technology, hydraulic motor is one of the hydraulic components with high technical content. The performance of hydraulic motor directly affects the reliability and stability of hydraulic system. This paper studies a new kind of hydraulic motor with new structure, which solves the technical problem of realizing multiple motors working simultaneously in one shell. This kind of motor has no return spring, small leakage, high efficiency and high specific power. It can be used as a two-speed motor and can realize equal torque output when the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the motor is fixed. When the motor is used as a pump, it can form an integrated multi-pump, simultaneously supply oil to multiple systems, or multi-pump to one system multi-stage fuel supply. In this paper, the development of axial plunger motor and the structure of several kinds of double stator motors are briefly discussed, and the trapezoidal sliding block double stator axial motor is proposed. The structure and working principle of the motor are introduced in detail, and the output of a single motor is studied. The torque ripple law of the motor is obtained and the influence factors of the motor torque are analyzed and summarized. At the same time, the kinematics and dynamics of the motor slider and spindle are modeled, and the velocity, acceleration, displacement and other kinematic characteristics are analyzed theoretically. In this paper, the solid model of the main components of trapezoidal slider double stator axial motor is established by means of Solidworks software, and the kinematics simulation analysis of the motor is carried out by using cosmosmotion plug-in. The velocity and acceleration simulation curves of trapezoidal slider double stator axial motor slider are obtained, and the mechanical simulation analysis of motor spindle and slider group is carried out by using cosmosworks, and the deformation diagrams of stress, strain and displacement are obtained. The position of stress concentration is found, and the principle experiment of the prototype is carried out, which provides a reference for improving the performance of trapezoidal slider double stator axial motor in the future, and provides a basis for the design of this kind of motor.
