模块化配置技术在柳工轮式装载机设计中的应用

【摘要】:装载机作为土方工程机械的主要产品,正朝着向产品系列化、品种多样化、配置个性化的方向发展,快速、准确、低成本地满足市场的需求,将大幅提升企业的市场竞争力。模块化设计是一种为提高产品设计效率、缩短设计周期、降低生产成本、以满足不断变化的客户个性化需求的设计方法。本论文深入系统地研究轮式装载机模块化设计与配置的技术和方法,研究成果结合柳工轮式装载机进行了应用。 第一章主要简要介绍了论文研究的企业背景、技术背景和项目背景,综述了国内外模块化方面的研究和应用现状,给出了课题的主要研究内容和论文组织结构。 第二章简要阐述模块化设计的核心思想,在分析模块化设计的基本思想基础上,针对轮式装载机和柳工的实际情况,研究提出了以轮式装载机主结构建立方法和产品平台建立方法为主的柳工轮式装载机模块化设计方法。 第三章根据轮式装载机模块化设计方法,结合柳工轮式装载机设计与生产的实际,从轮式装载机模块化基础工作开始,深入研究了支持产品级、部件级和零件级的轮式装载机模块化技术,给出了整机配置建模规则。并结合实例,详细给出了不同层次轮式装载机零部件的模块化程,为轮式装载机模块化配置设计提供了支持。 第四章简要介绍在轮式装载机模块化方法与技术研究的基础上,利用863课题开发的模块化设计支持系统,结合柳工现有的PDM信息化系统,开展进行柳工轮式装载机模块化设计和配置设计的应用实施。 第五章对本次研究的成果进行了总结,并提出了目前研究中的不足和改进之处,以及未来的研究和改进方向。
[Abstract]:As the main products of earthwork construction machinery, loaders are developing towards the direction of product serialization, variety diversification, personalized configuration, fast, accurate and low cost to meet the market demand, which will greatly enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises. Modular design is a design method to improve the efficiency of product design, shorten the design cycle and reduce the production cost to meet the changing needs of customers. The technology and method of modular design and configuration of wheel loader are studied in this paper. The research results are combined with the application of Liugong wheel loader. The first chapter mainly introduces the enterprise background, technical background and project background of the thesis, summarizes the research and application status of modularization at home and abroad, and gives the main research contents and the organization structure of the thesis. The second chapter briefly describes the core idea of modular design, on the basis of analyzing the basic idea of modular design, aiming at the actual situation of wheel loader and Liugong, The modular design method of Liugong wheel loader is put forward, which is based on the building method of main structure and product platform of wheel loader. In the third chapter, according to the modular design method of wheel loader and the reality of design and production of Liugong wheel loader, starting with the basic work of modularization of wheel loader, the supporting product level is deeply studied. The modular technology of the wheel loader at the component level and the part level is presented, and the configuration modeling rules of the whole machine are given. Combined with an example, the modularization process of parts and components of wheel loader at different levels is given in detail, which provides support for modular configuration design of wheel loader. In the fourth chapter, based on the research of the modularization method and technology of wheel loader, the modular design support system developed by 863 is introduced, combined with the existing PDM information system of Liugong. Carry out the application of modular design and configuration design of Liugong wheel loader. The fifth chapter summarizes the results of this study, and puts forward the deficiencies and improvements in the current research, as well as the future research and improvement direction.
