固定结合面特性分析及其对转台动态特性影响的实验研究

【摘要】:固定结合面作为机械系统中一种固有的结构形式,由于它在外加载荷的作用下表现出既有弹性又有阻尼的复杂动力学特性,对机械系统整体的动态性能产生显著的影响。随着工业化水平的不断提高,各行业对机械设备动态特性的要求越来越严格,所以对固定结合面的特性进行相关分析并研究其对机械系统动态特性的影响具有十分重要的意义。 本文首先对机械固定结合面之间的相互作用做了相关阐述,从理论方面对影响固定结合面特性的因素进行了分析,利用模态试验与有限元分析相结合的方法对螺栓连接面的接触刚度和接触阻尼进行了识别,并通过改变结合面的正压力、接触面积以及结合面材料试验对比分析了各因素对结合面参数的影响规律。 在确定结合面单位面积参数的基础上,本文利用吉村允孝法对转台几个主要结合面的接触刚度和阻尼进行了估算。利用法向和切向弹簧阻尼单元对转台几个主要固定结合面进行了等效处理,利用SolidWorks与Ansys对转台进行了动态特性的有限元仿真计算,获得了考虑结合面影响情况下转台的各阶固有频率和振型,并与固结结合面所得的固有频率进行了对比分析,评估了结合面对转台动态特性的影响程度。 本文最后利用动态信号分析仪(Agilent 35670A)对转台的俯仰轴系和转台的整体分别进行了模态试验,获得了相应的频率响应特性曲线,对考虑结合面影响情况下有限元分析结果进行了验证,并与有限元模态仿真分析的结果进行了对比分析,这对提高机械结构动态特性仿真分析的精度具有参考意义。
[Abstract]:As an inherent structural form of mechanical system, the fixed bond surface exhibits the complex dynamic characteristics of both elasticity and damping under the action of external load, which has a significant effect on the dynamic performance of the mechanical system as a whole. With the development of industrialization, the requirements of dynamic characteristics of mechanical equipment are becoming more and more strict, so it is of great significance to analyze the characteristics of fixed joints and to study their influence on the dynamic characteristics of mechanical systems. In this paper, first of all, the interaction between the mechanical fixed joints is expounded, and the factors affecting the characteristics of the fixed joints are analyzed theoretically. The contact stiffness and contact damping of bolted joints are identified by means of modal test and finite element analysis, and the normal pressure of the joints is changed. The influence of various factors on the parameters of the bonding surface was analyzed by means of the contact area and the material test of the bonding surface. On the basis of determining the unit area parameters of the joint surface, the contact stiffness and damping of several main joints of the turntable are estimated by using the Yoon-Xiao method of Yoshimura. The normal and tangential spring damping elements are used to treat several main fixed joints of the turntable, and the finite element simulation of the dynamic characteristics of the turntable is carried out by using SolidWorks and Ansys. The natural frequencies and modes of the turntable under the influence of the bonding surface are obtained, and compared with the natural frequencies obtained from the consolidation interface, the influence degree of the dynamic characteristics of the turntable is evaluated. At last, the modal tests of pitch shafting and turntable are carried out by using dynamic signal analyzer (Agilent 35670A), and the corresponding frequency response characteristic curves are obtained. The results of finite element analysis considering the influence of the interface are verified and compared with the results of finite element modal simulation. It is of reference significance to improve the accuracy of simulation analysis of dynamic characteristics of mechanical structures.
