基于性能评价的压缩机防喘切换控制

【摘要】:离心式压缩机是冶金、石油化工等工业部门广泛使用的大型关键设备。压缩机是将原动机的机械能转换成气体压力能的装置。喘振是压缩机的固有特性,它是离心式压缩机工作在小流量时的不稳定流动状态,喘振时压力和流量周期性大幅度变化,并可能损坏轴承、密封,进而造成严重的事故。因而,制定正确的防喘振控制策略对于确保压缩机的安全运行有着重要意义。 本文以广义最小方差性能评价基准为基础,以上海宝钢集团罗泾电厂的联合循环发电机组(Combined Cycle Power Plant—CCPP)中的煤气系统压缩机为研究对象。在深入研究了基于广义最小方差控制系统性能评价方法和离心式压缩机工作原理的基础上,针对离心式压缩防喘振切换控制切换点的选择问题,提出了基于性能评价方法的防喘振切换控制方法。 基于性能评价方法的防喘振切换控制策略基本思路是通过时间序列分析的方法,对现场采集的压缩机数据建立时间序列模型,从中提取反馈不变项,从而对压缩机防喘振PI控制系统进行性能评价,求出系统的性能指数。当系统性能指数下降到某一个预定值时,认为此时控制系统性能变差,已经不能满足压缩机防喘振控制要求,需改变控制策略进行切换,即由回流阀由PI调节规律切换到跳变调节规律,以保证回流量的充足。仿真结果验证了该方法的有效性和实用性。
[Abstract]:Centrifugal compressor is a large-scale key equipment widely used in metallurgy, petrochemical and other industrial sectors. A compressor is a device that converts the mechanical energy of a prime mover into gas pressure energy. Surge is the inherent characteristic of compressor, it is the unstable flow state of centrifugal compressor working in small flow rate, the pressure and flow rate change greatly periodically during surge, and it may damage bearing, seal and cause serious accident. Therefore, it is important to make correct anti-surge control strategy to ensure the safe operation of compressor. Based on the generalized minimum variance performance evaluation benchmark, the gas system compressor in (Combined Cycle Power Plant-CCPP of Luojing Power Plant of Shanghai Baosteel Group is taken as the research object in this paper. Based on the study of the performance evaluation method of generalized minimum variance control system and the working principle of centrifugal compressor, the selection of switching control points for centrifugal compression anti-surge control is studied. An anti-surge switching control method based on performance evaluation method is proposed. The basic idea of anti-surge switching control strategy based on performance evaluation method is to establish a time series model of compressor data collected on the spot through time series analysis, and extract feedback invariants from it. Therefore, the performance evaluation of compressor anti-surge PI control system is carried out, and the performance index of the system is obtained. When the performance index of the system drops to a certain predetermined value, it is considered that the performance of the control system becomes worse, which can no longer meet the anti-surge control requirements of the compressor, so it is necessary to change the control strategy. That is, the return valve is switched from PI regulation to jump regulation to ensure the adequacy of reflux. Simulation results show that the method is effective and practical.
