5kW准二级压缩热泵系统的特性与试验研究

【摘要】:准二级压缩热泵能有效地克服传统热泵低温运行的问题,并在低温环境下能满足制热量需求。与传统热泵相较,准二级压缩热泵增设了一条带经济器的补气回路,并且压缩机增设了中间补气口,所以该系统的设计与运行都要比传统热泵更加复杂。本文分别对补气口位置的确定和运行时相对补气量对系统性能的影响进行了研究。 根据准二级压缩热泵的特点和对补气过程的分析,建立了系统的热力学理论循环模型。在蒸发温度为-25~-5℃,冷凝温度为42℃时,对不同一级压缩内容积比的涡旋压缩机经济器系统主要性能参数进行了仿真计算,得出理论上最佳一级压缩内容积比为1.1,相应最佳补气口在与吸气端成474.5处。并且计算结果显示准二级压缩热泵各性能均优于普通热泵系统。然后又建立了添加对换热器、热力膨胀阀考虑的准二级压缩热泵的实际循环。并在固定的中间补气口位置条件下,计算在不同相对补气量条件下系统的性能参数。计算结果显示随着相对补气量增大,系统制热量先增大后减小、电功率先减小后增大、制热性能系数先增大后减小;并得出最佳相对补气量为25%~30%。根据仿真研究研制原型机并搭建试验台,,对原型机进行测试研究,并与计算结果进行了比较,两者趋势基本一致。 研究结果表明准二级压缩热泵系统能显著提高热泵的制热性能系数。系统有最佳中间补气口位置,并在运行中有最佳的相对补气量范围,可为准二级压缩热泵系统的设计和应用提供参考。

Compared with the traditional heat pump, the quasi-two-stage compression heat pump has added a supplementary air loop with economizer, and the compressor has added an intermediate air supply port, so the design and operation of the system are more complex than the traditional heat pump.
