圆管带式输送机钢结构参数化有限元分析系统开发

【摘要】:圆管带式输送机是在传统槽形带式输送机基础上发展起来的一类特种带式输送机。它具有物料大倾角封闭输送、可以空间弯曲布置、双向输送方便等优点。广泛应用于水泥、矿山、电力、冶金、垃圾处理等多种工业领域。在圆管带式输送机上述各项优点充分体现的同时对圆管带式输送机的支承部分(桁架梁和支柱)提出了更高的要求。 由于圆管带式输送机的结构比较复杂,如果采用传统的手工计算方法,势必会大大增加设计计算工作量,延长设计周期。有限元方法是目前广泛应用于结构设计领域的一种现代设计计算分析方法,应用ANSYS软件对结构进行有限元分析是圆管带式输送机结构设计的发展趋势。因此,研究圆管带式输送机的有限元分析中涉及到的模型处理技巧与关键问题,并据此开发一套圆管带式输送机参数化有限元分析系统是十分有意义的。 在研究了圆管带式输送机钢结构的组成和类型的基础上,确定了圆管带式输送机弯曲线路的曲线方程,分析了圆管带式输送机钢结构的特征参数和载荷形式。对圆管带式输送机钢结构模型进行了合理简化,利用ANSYS软件参数化设计APDL编写命令流,实现钢结构参数化模型的建立。对桁架梁进行了理论计算,将计算结果与ANSYS软件分析结果对比,确定了ANSYS分析桁架梁结果的合理性。利用ANSYS软件对圆管带式输送机钢结构进行了静力学和动力学分析,并对其刚度、强度、进行了校核。以圆管带式输送机钢结构的有限元分析为基础,应用Visual Basic6.0的界面编程语言和ANSYS中的参数化设计语言APDL以及Access数据库开发出圆管带式输送机钢结构参数化有限元分析软件,并对软件的开发方法、功能及使用方法进行了介绍。 本文的研究内容和成果,一方面对提高圆管带式输送机的设计效率有较大的使用价值,同时也能为其它类似的参数化分析系统的开发提供一种有效的参考。
[Abstract]:Circular tube belt conveyor is a kind of special belt conveyor developed on the basis of traditional groove belt conveyor. It has the advantages of large obliquity closed conveying, space bending arrangement and convenient two-way conveying. Widely used in cement, mining, electric power, metallurgy, garbage treatment and other industrial fields. At the same time, higher requirements are put forward for the supporting part (truss beam and support) of the circular pipe belt conveyor. Because the structure of circular pipe belt conveyor is quite complex, if the traditional manual calculation method is adopted, the workload of design calculation will be greatly increased and the design period will be prolonged. Finite element method is a kind of modern design analysis method which is widely used in the field of structural design at present. It is the development trend of structural design of circular pipe belt conveyor to use ANSYS software to carry out finite element analysis of structure. Therefore, it is very meaningful to study the model processing skills and key problems involved in the finite element analysis of circular pipe belt conveyor, and to develop a parameterized finite element analysis system for circular pipe belt conveyor. On the basis of studying the composition and type of steel structure of tubular belt conveyor, the curve equation of curved line of circular pipe belt conveyor is determined, and the characteristic parameters and load form of steel structure of circular pipe belt conveyor are analyzed. The steel structure model of circular pipe belt conveyor is reasonably simplified, and the command flow is compiled by using ANSYS software parameterized design APDL to realize the establishment of the steel structure parameterized model. The theoretical calculation of the truss beam is carried out. The rationality of the ANSYS analysis of the truss beam is determined by comparing the calculated results with the results of the ANSYS software. The statics and dynamics of steel structure of circular pipe belt conveyor were analyzed by ANSYS software, and its stiffness and strength were checked. Based on the finite element analysis of the steel structure of the circular pipe belt conveyor, the parametric finite element analysis software for the steel structure of the circular pipe belt conveyor is developed by using the interface programming language of Visual Basic6.0, the parametric design language APDL in ANSYS and the Access database. The development method, function and use method of the software are also introduced. The research contents and achievements of this paper are of great practical value for improving the design efficiency of circular pipe belt conveyor, and can also provide an effective reference for the development of other similar parameterized analysis systems.
