立体仓库货架智能化配置设计系统的开发与应用

【摘要】:随着物流技术的不断发展,尤其是以自动化立体化自动仓库为代表新一代物流装备的不断应用和发展,已经大大的改变了传统的物流模式,立体仓库具有节约用地、减轻劳动强度、消除差错、提高仓储自动化水平及管理水平、降低储运损耗、提高物流效率等诸多优点,已经成为了现代物流行业的重要技术装备。作为立体仓库的重要组成部分,立体仓库货架承担着货物分类存储,扩大仓库储存能力,提高机械化操作程度等功能。作为一种大规模定制产品,立体仓库货架是完全按照客户需求,根据物流策略、立体仓库尺寸和存储物料规格等条件进行设计。现有的设计方法,存在着个性需求多,设计工作量大;设计周期长、无法快速响应市场需求;经验设计多、设计知识凌乱设计重用性大等问题,因此,物流装备企业急需一套面向货架设计领域的智能化使能工具来提高货架设计的效率与质量、加快企业产品创新步伐、能够快速响应市场需求,最终达到提高我国物流装备企业的市场竞争力的目的。 本文针对以上问题,对现有的立体仓库货架的设计模式和方法进行了深入地调研与分析,提出了立体仓库货架智能化配置设计模型,并综合应用了基于实例推理的货架智能化设计技术、可拓智能配置选型设计技术、基于参数化模板的快速设计等技术开发了立体仓库货架智能化配置设计系统。论文主要研究内容如下: (1)给出了智能化配置设计系统架构和功能划分,并在XML技术的基础上研究了包括变载荷工况下关键构件实验数据等立体仓库货架设计知识的表达模式,构建了货架设计知识库。 (2)研究了基于CBR的货架智能化配置设计技术,给出了智能推理模型中的相似度算法和权重计算模型,并通过算例验证了智能推理模型的可行性和有效性。同时对货架设计实例的表达、组成、属性分类和货架设计实例库的维护方法也进行了介绍。 (3)提出了一种基于参数化模板的货架详细设计技术,给出了基于参数化模板的货架设计流程模型,并对货架设计中参数化模板的定义、划分及其参数化模板库的构建等进行了深入的研究。同时针对货架选型设计文章提出了基于可拓理论的智能化配置选型模型,划分出了构成立体仓库货架的组件模块分类树,给出了货架产品族及其构件的物元模型,研究并建立了货架可拓配置选型的流程模型,对模型中模块物元的智能匹配算法采用算例对其有效性进行了验证。 (4)在论文给出的立体仓库货架智能化配置设计技术和理论方法的基础上,采用VisualStadio2008平台工具和AutoCAD二次开发工具等,开发了立体仓库货架智能化配置设计系统,并对系统的主要功能模块进行了详细的说明。该系统已经在企业得到应用,企业实践显示该系统可大幅提高设计效率,降低产品开发成本,行业应用前景广阔。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of logistics technology, especially the application and development of the new generation logistics equipment represented by the automatic three-dimensional warehouse, the traditional logistics mode has been changed greatly, and the three-dimensional warehouse has economized land use. To reduce labor intensity, eliminate errors, improve the level of warehouse automation and management, reduce loss of storage and transportation, improve logistics efficiency and many other advantages, has become an important technical equipment of modern logistics industry. As an important part of stereoscopic warehouse, the shelf of stereoscopic warehouse undertakes the functions of classified storage of goods, expanding storage capacity of warehouse and improving the degree of mechanized operation. As a mass customization product, the shelf of a stereo warehouse is designed according to the requirements of customers, logistics strategy, size of storage materials and so on. The existing design methods have many individual demands, large design workload, long design cycle, unable to respond to market demand quickly. There are many problems such as experience design, design knowledge disorder, design reusability and so on. Therefore, logistics equipment enterprises urgently need a set of intelligent enabling tools for shelf design to improve the efficiency and quality of shelf design and accelerate the pace of enterprise product innovation. It can quickly respond to the market demand and finally achieve the purpose of improving the market competitiveness of logistics equipment enterprises in China. In view of the above problems, this paper makes a thorough investigation and analysis on the existing design mode and method of the storage shelf, and puts forward the intelligent configuration design model of the shelf in the stereoscopic warehouse. The intelligent shelf configuration design system based on case-based reasoning (CBR), extension intelligent configuration selection design, parameterized template design and so on is developed. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) the architecture and function partition of intelligent configuration design system are given. On the basis of XML technology, this paper studies the expression mode of shelf design knowledge including the experimental data of key components under variable load conditions, and constructs the shelf design knowledge base. (2) the design technology of intelligent configuration of shelves based on CBR is studied, and the similarity algorithm and weight calculation model of intelligent reasoning model are given, and the feasibility and validity of the intelligent reasoning model are verified by an example. At the same time, the representation, composition, attribute classification and maintenance method of shelf design case library are also introduced. (3) A detailed shelf design technology based on parameterized template is proposed, and the shelf design flow model based on parameterized template is given, and the definition of parameterized template in shelf design is given. The partition and the construction of parameterized template library are studied deeply. At the same time, the intelligent configuration model based on extension theory is put forward, the component module classification tree of the shelf is divided, and the matter-element model of the shelf product family and its components is given. The flow model of shelf extension configuration selection is studied and established, and the validity of the intelligent matching algorithm of module matter-element in the model is verified by an example. (4) on the basis of the intelligent configuration design technology and theory method of the three-dimensional warehouse shelf, the intelligent configuration design system of the three-dimensional warehouse shelf is developed by using the VisualStadio2008 platform tool and the AutoCAD secondary development tool, etc. The main function modules of the system are explained in detail. The system has been applied in enterprises. The practice shows that the system can greatly improve the design efficiency and reduce the cost of product development.
