油煤浆调节阀阀杆扭矩成因分析及结构优化

【摘要】:用Solidworks建立油煤浆调节阀的三维实体模型,通过对阀杆机构的扭矩作用分析,应用CFX流体分析软件对流道内介质在不同压力下的流动进行仿真,研究调节阀扭矩产生的原因.以减小扭矩为优化目标,对调节阀阀芯及填料结构进行优化改进,为调节阀的优化设计提供参考方案.
[Abstract]:The three-dimensional solid model of oil and coal slurry regulating valve was established by Solidworks. By analyzing the torque of valve stem mechanism and using CFX fluid analysis software, the flow of medium in flow channel under different pressure was simulated, and the reason of torque generation of regulating valve was studied. With the aim of reducing torque, the valve core and packing structure are optimized and improved, which provides a reference for the optimal design of the control valve.
