滑片式空气压缩机关键部件的性能分析和研究
[Abstract]:With the increasing awareness of environmental protection, people are improving the safety and ease of use of mechanical products, so the traditional reciprocating piston compressor is rapidly replaced by sliding air compressor. Sliding Vane Air Compressor with low cost? High reliability? Energy saving, environmental protection, long service life and other characteristics, this paper takes the slider type air compressor as the research object, as a kind of power equipment, it is widely used in automobile? steel Pharmacy? Food and other industries, and are playing a pivotal role. In this paper, the oil and gas flow of the slider air compressor is analyzed, and the slider of the compressor is analyzed. The stator is simulated deeply. Firstly, based on the analysis of oil and gas flow, the function of lubricating oil is studied, and the selection principle and quality index of lubricating oil are put forward. Then, the lubrication of injection oil is studied, and the injection quantity, injection pressure and injection position are analyzed emphatically. Then the dynamic analysis of the slider type air compressor is carried out, and the influence of the parameters of the slider on the performance of the compressor is studied. At the same time, the velocity and acceleration of the slider are analyzed. Through the analysis and calculation of the friction power variation rules of the compressor, the force of the slider is analyzed, and then the force of the slider is simulated, and the law of variation is analyzed. Finally, the finite element analysis of the stator of the slider type air compressor is carried out. Observe whether the stress of the stator in the course of work is within the allowable range. These factors directly affect the reliability and operation efficiency of slider air compressor. If these parameters can be reasonably selected, friction loss can be reduced effectively, which is of significance to the improvement of mechanical efficiency of slider air compressor and provides a useful reference for the design and optimization of products.
