基于ABAQUS调心轴承故障的显示动力学模拟与分析

【摘要】:为探究轴承故障对轴承振动的影响,以实验室机组的调心轴承为对象,利用ABAQUS软件建立轴承常见的内外圈故障的有限元模型以及简化的轴承座模型,以验证在轴承座表面布置传感器的合理性。以ABAQUS-explicit显式算法进行动力学特性分析,并且通过正常轴承与故障轴承的动力学特性对比,将从轴承座表面提取的正常轴承和故障轴承的仿真信号进行了时域和频域对比。模拟实际将振动传感器安装在轴承座上提取振动数据,为开发轴承的在线检测系统提供一定基础。
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the influence of bearing fault on bearing vibration, the finite element model of common inner and outer ring faults and the simplified bearing seat model were established by using ABAQUS software. In order to verify the rationality of the sensor arrangement on the housing surface. The dynamic characteristics of normal bearing and fault bearing are analyzed by ABAQUS-explicit algorithm. By comparing the dynamic characteristics of normal bearing and fault bearing, the simulation signals of normal bearing and fault bearing extracted from the bearing seat surface are compared in time domain and frequency domain. The vibration sensor is installed on the bearing seat to extract vibration data, which provides a basis for the development of the online measuring system of bearing.
