基于虚拟仪器的电液伺服阀的静态性能测试

【摘要】:本文研究的主要内容是对电液伺服控制系统中的关键元件一电液伺服阀进行特性测试。 在本文中,我们在133厂原有的液压试验台液压回路的基础上,重点对伺服阀的静态特性进行了分析,确定了测试方法,结合虚拟仪器与CAT技术,研制出一套基于虚拟仪器的伺服阀静态特性自动化测试系统,取代了原有的手工测试系统,使新试验台具有操作简单,体积小,集成度高,通用性等特点。 在本测试系统中,测试的主要项目包括有伺服阀的压力、空载流量、内泄漏及分辨率等静态特性测试。在试验台改造过程中,涉及的研究内容主要有虚拟仪器的设计、数据采集、数据分析处理、信号控制、液压伺服控制、硬件搭配、机械加工等,其中针对整个测试系统测试精度的基础—压控电流源进行了重点研究。 在测试系统中,系统软件采用Windows XP操作系统,应用软件采用虚拟仪器编程软件LabVIEW2009。用虚拟仪器结合数据采集卡实现了信号输出,数据采集显示等功能,取代了信号发生器、以及一些仪器仪表,降低了成本,缩短了开发时间。
[Abstract]:The main content of this paper is to test the characteristics of electro-hydraulic servo valve, which is the key component of electro-hydraulic servo control system. In this paper, on the basis of the hydraulic circuit of the original hydraulic test-bed in 133 factory, the static characteristics of the servo valve are analyzed, the test method is determined, and the virtual instrument and CAT technology are combined. An automatic testing system of servo valve static characteristics based on virtual instrument is developed, which replaces the original manual test system and makes the new test-bed have the characteristics of simple operation, small volume, high integration and versatility. In this test system, the main test items include servo valve pressure, air flow, internal leakage, resolution and other static characteristics test. In the course of the test rig transformation, the research contents involved mainly include the design of virtual instrument, data acquisition, data analysis and processing, signal control, hydraulic servo control, hardware collocation, machining, etc. The voltage control current source, which is the basis of the testing accuracy of the whole test system, is studied emphatically. In the test system, the system software uses Windows XP operating system, and the application software uses virtual instrument programming software LabVIEW2009.. The functions of signal output, data acquisition and display are realized by using virtual instrument combined with data acquisition card, which replaces the signal generator and some instruments, reduces the cost and shortens the development time.
