钛合金六角头螺钉成型有限元分析

【摘要】:利用DEFORM-3D有限元软件实现钛合金六角头螺钉成型过程的数值模拟。分析了坯料的变形情况,讨论了坯料在不同温度下的应力、温度场和变形情况,比较了上模在不同速度下对成型过程的影响,从而为实际生产提供理论依据。
[Abstract]:The DEFORM-3D finite element software is used to simulate the forming process of titanium alloy hexagonal screw. The deformation of the billet is analyzed, the stress, temperature field and deformation of the billet at different temperatures are discussed, and the influence of the upper die on the forming process at different speeds is compared, thus providing a theoretical basis for practical production.
