复杂产品制造过程加权演化模型与节点重要度分析

【摘要】:在现实世界中,无论是宏观还是微观都存在着大量的复杂网络系统,复杂网络理论的兴起,更是引起了众多学者对大规模复杂系统的研究和关注。目前有关于复杂系统建模、网络特性刻画和理解的研究工作非常活跃。本文在综述国内外相关研究的基础上,结合复杂网络理论在复杂系统评价上的优势,运用统计物理,图论,运筹学及计算机模拟等方法,将实际网络特性与复杂网络理论进行关联,建立复杂产品制造过程网络演化模型。从复杂网络演化模型特征提取验证与节点重要度分析两个方面对复杂产品制造过程网络进行了相关的分析与研究。重点研究了典型复杂机电产品制造过程演化网络的微观特性,如资源节点服务质量,负载特性及演化过程中的结构变化等行为。本论文的主要内容如下: 1)基于复杂网络理论构建了复杂产品制造过程动态演化模型。将系统中的各设备资源定义为网络中的节点,资源之间的合作关系定义为边,同时加入各资源承担的任务负载,根据任务的动态到达和退出所引起网络规模变化,建立产品制造过程加权演化网络模型。 2)结合复杂产品制造过程的典型特点构建三种演化机制,基于以上三种机制,建立复杂产品制造过程加权动态演化模型,对模型的网络特性加以分析验证,,与实际情况进行比对,证明了模型的合理性和有效性,并得出一些有意义的结论。 3)基于所建立的模型,结合复杂机电产品制造过程实例,从网络节点拓扑位置差异与节点自身所具备的关键属性两方面给出资源节点重要度评价指标体系,提出了一种基于熵权—模糊综合评价方法的产品制造过程资源节点重要度评估方法。结果表明该方法能有效地发掘复杂产品制造过程中的重要资源节点。 4)总结全文,提出了一些可以做进一步研究的有意义的的工作。
[Abstract]:In the real world, there are a large number of complex network systems both macroscopically and microscopically. The rise of complex network theory has aroused many scholars' research and attention to large-scale complex systems. At present, researches on modeling, network characterization and understanding of complex systems are very active. On the basis of summarizing the related research at home and abroad and combining the advantages of complex network theory in the evaluation of complex systems, this paper applies the methods of statistical physics, graph theory, operational research and computer simulation, etc. The network evolution model of complex product manufacturing process is established by associating the real network characteristics with the complex network theory. This paper analyzes and studies the complex product manufacturing process network from two aspects: feature extraction and verification of complex network evolution model and node importance analysis. The microcosmic characteristics of the evolution network of typical complex electromechanical products manufacturing process, such as service quality of resource nodes, load characteristics and structural changes in the evolution process, are studied in detail. The main contents of this thesis are as follows: 1) the dynamic evolution model of complex product manufacturing process is constructed based on complex network theory. Each device resource in the system is defined as the node in the network, and the cooperative relationship between the resources is defined as the edge. At the same time, the task load of each resource is added, and the network scale changes according to the dynamic arrival and exit of the task. A weighted evolutionary network model of product manufacturing process is established. 2) combining the typical characteristics of complex product manufacturing process, three evolution mechanisms are constructed. Based on the above three mechanisms, the weighted dynamic evolution model of complex product manufacturing process is established, and the network characteristics of the model are analyzed and verified. Compared with the actual situation, the rationality and validity of the model are proved, and some meaningful conclusions are drawn. 3) based on the established model and an example of manufacturing process of complex electromechanical products, the evaluation index system of resource node importance is given from two aspects: the difference of network node topology location and the key attributes of node itself. This paper presents an evaluation method of resource node importance in product manufacturing process based on entropy weight fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The results show that this method can effectively discover the important resource nodes in the manufacturing process of complex products. 4) summing up the full text and putting forward some meaningful work which can be further studied.
