基于三元方法的轴流泵设计

【摘要】:为了快速、高效地设计性能优越的轴流泵,结合计算流体力学方法和基于环量的三元设计方法,研究了叶轮环量中心位置、叶轮出口边环量斜率以及导叶进口边环量与叶轮出口边环量比值对轴流泵性能的影响,并设计了一型水力效率超过90%的轴流泵。研究表明:叶轮环量中心从0.3倍叶片弦长移动到0.7倍弦长,叶轮效率降低了1%,但是叶片低压区面积大幅减小;叶轮出口边叶顶环量与叶根环量的比值K从0.9增大到1.1,叶轮效率逐渐提高;导叶进口边环量与叶轮出口边环量比值R从0.9增大到1.1,轴流泵效率逐渐降低。
[Abstract]:In order to design the axial flow pump with superior performance quickly and efficiently, the center position of impeller annulus is studied by combining the computational fluid dynamics method and the three-component design method based on the annular volume. The influence of the slope of the impeller outlet ring and the ratio of the inlet ring of the guide vane to the outlet ring of the impeller on the performance of the axial flow pump has been studied. A type of axial flow pump with hydraulic efficiency of more than 90% has been designed. The results show that the impeller ring volume center moves from 0.3 times blade chord length to 0.7 times chord length, and the impeller efficiency decreases by 1%, but the area of blade low pressure region decreases significantly. The ratio K of the impeller outlet tip and the impeller root ring increases from 0.9 to 1.1, and the impeller efficiency increases gradually, while the ratio R of the guide vane inlet and the impeller outlet edge increases from 0.9 to 1.1, and the axial flow pump efficiency decreases gradually.
