双曲线轮廓度误差几何遍历搜索评定算法

【摘要】:结合平面曲线轮廓度误差评定的最小条件原则及双曲线的几何特性,提出了基于几何遍历搜索的平面任意位置双曲线轮廓度误差评定算法。首先,依据最小二乘法得到测量数据的最小二乘双曲线方程和两个焦点坐标。其次,在两焦点周围按一定规则布置一系列的辅助点并构造出一系列辅助双曲线。然后,计算出所有测量点到辅助双曲线距离的极差值。经过比较和判断,最终实现双曲线轮廓度的最小区域评定。
[Abstract]:Based on the minimum condition of contour error evaluation of plane curve and the geometric characteristics of hyperbolic curve, an algorithm for evaluating the contour error of hyperbolic curve at any position is proposed based on geometric ergodic search. First, the least square hyperbolic equation and two focal coordinates of the measured data are obtained by the least square method. Secondly, a series of auxiliary points are arranged around the two focal points according to certain rules and a series of auxiliary hyperbolic curves are constructed. Then, the extreme difference between all the measured points and the auxiliary hyperbolic distance is calculated. Through comparison and judgment, the minimum region evaluation of hyperbolic contour is realized.
