装载机动力学分析及液压油缸活塞杆疲劳寿命评估

【摘要】:装载机是工程机械主要机种之一,广泛用于各种工程建设。液压油缸活塞杆是装载机进行作业的主导元件,控制整个工作机构的所有动作。由于工作条件恶劣,工作持续时间长,且承受巨大的疲劳交变应力,活塞杆断裂的现象时有发生。活塞杆的断裂不仅会导致整个工作机构瘫痪,严重时更会导致安全事故的发生。 本文采用基于动力学与有限元联合仿真的方法,对装载机进行动力学分析及液压油缸活塞杆疲劳寿命评估。疲劳分析需要三个方面的信息:几何信息、载荷信息、材料信息。首先对装载机工作机构和工况进行分析,并计算出作业时铲斗受到的外力大小;其次在Pro/ENGINEER里建立工作装置的三维模型,然后导入ADAMS,利用多体动力学理论进行动力学分析,得到活塞杆一个工作循环的载荷—时间历程曲线,即载荷信息;接着对活塞杆进行有限元静力学分析,校核其强度并输出有限元模型和应力分布结果,即几何信息;最后通过对比几种疲劳分析理论,并根据活塞杆的实际情况,选择名义应力法作为分析方法,结合材料疲劳特性曲线,使用MSC.Fatigue对其进行疲劳寿命分析,最后得到疲劳寿命计算结果和寿命云图。 研究结果对于缩短产品设计周期,制定合理的三包或维修服务政策,以及对再制造产品的剩余寿命评估工作,都具有一定的指导意义。
[Abstract]:Loader is one of the main types of construction machinery, widely used in various engineering construction. The piston rod of hydraulic cylinder is the leading component of the loader, which controls the operation of the whole working mechanism. Because of the bad working conditions, long working time and great fatigue alternating stress, the piston rod fracture occurs from time to time. The fracture of piston rod will not only paralyze the whole working mechanism, but also lead to safety accident. In this paper, the dynamic analysis and fatigue life evaluation of hydraulic cylinder piston rod are carried out based on dynamic and finite element simulation. Fatigue analysis requires three aspects of information: geometric information, load information, and material information. Firstly, the working mechanism and working condition of the loader are analyzed, and the external force of the bucket is calculated. Secondly, the three-dimensional model of the working device is established in Pro/ENGINEER, and then the ADAMS, is introduced to analyze the dynamics of the piston rod by using the multi-body dynamics theory, and the load-time history curve of a piston rod working cycle is obtained, that is, the load information. Then the finite element static analysis of the piston rod is carried out to check its strength and output the finite element model and the result of stress distribution, that is, geometric information. Finally, by comparing several fatigue analysis theories and according to the actual situation of piston rod, the nominal stress method is selected as the analytical method, and the fatigue life of the material is analyzed by MSC.Fatigue combined with the fatigue characteristic curve of the material. Finally, the fatigue life calculation results and life cloud diagram are obtained. The research results have certain guiding significance for shortening the product design cycle, formulating reasonable policy of three-pack or maintenance service, and evaluating the remaining life of the remanufactured product.
