塔式起重机倒三角形起重臂受力状态研究

【摘要】:社会的进步和经济的高速发展促进了建筑行业的发展。塔式起重机作为建筑行业中不可或缺的施工设备,在这一过程中起到了举足轻重的作用,我国已经迈入了塔机大国这一行列。针对抚顺永茂建筑机械有限公司的需求,研究开发了20000KNm级的ST80/238塔式起重机,其新颖的倒三角形起重臂结构形式,目前市场上很少能见到。本文研究了起重臂结构的工作状态和受到的载荷,并运用ANSYS软件全面地分析了臂架的受力状态,为起重臂的安全可靠工作提供了保证,也为未来同类产品的研究开发奠定了技术基础。主要的研究内容如下: (1)对起重臂杆件的受力状态进行研究,得出了起重臂臂根处杆件,起重臂腹杆及主肢的受力特点及原因;研究了斜桁架斜腹杆布局方式对周围杆件受力状态的影响,指出了倒三角形起重臂与正三角形起重臂腹杆的传力方式和受力的特点不同之处,并根据研究的成果对倒三角形起重臂杆件的选取提出了建议,为倒三角形起重臂系统的设计和研究提供参考; (2)分析了无轮压作用的下弦杆单节间结构的受力状态,得出了下弦杆上翼缘板、腹板及下翼缘板的受力特点并分析原因; (3)通过改变翼缘板和腹板厚度,研究了下弦杆单节间结构的受力状态,得出了上翼缘板及腹板厚度变化对斜桁架腹杆与下弦杆连接位置的受力及挠度影响,为下弦杆的研究提供相关数据及信息: (4)研究了下弦杆在轮压作用下的受力状态,得到了轮压的作用位置与下弦杆翼缘板和腹板受力的关系,指出了轮压对腹板和下翼缘板的翘曲有影响,应严格考核它们的刚度; (5)根据ST80/238塔机的倒三角形起重臂自身特点,本着设计合理,结构新颖,经济合理,方便安拆,安全可靠的原则,结合ANSYS软件对拉索受力分析结果,得出了拉索的受力特点,设计了双吊点-四拉索结构。该拉索结构能够实现起重臂的动作要求、有别于以往拉杆的结构形式、安装和拆卸简单易行、并严格考核强度条件,确定了该拉索结构的设计是合理的。 本课题的研究成果对倒三角形起重臂塔式起重机的研究设计提供了可参考的数据,有利于塔式起重机的发展和技术创新。
[Abstract]:Social progress and high-speed economic development have promoted the development of the construction industry. Tower crane, as an indispensable construction equipment in the construction industry, has played an important role in this process. According to the demand of Fushun Yongmao Construction Machinery Co., Ltd, the ST80/238 tower crane of 20000KNm class is researched and developed. In this paper, the working state and load of the lifting arm structure are studied, and the stress state of the boom is analyzed by using ANSYS software, which provides a guarantee for the safe and reliable work of the lifting arm. Also for the future research and development of similar products laid a technical foundation. The main research contents are as follows: (1) the stress state of the lifting arm member is studied, and the force characteristics and reasons of the lifting arm root member, the lifting arm web rod and the main limb are obtained. In this paper, the influence of the layout of oblique web bar of oblique truss on the stress state of the surrounding member is studied, and the difference between the force transfer mode and the force characteristics of the inverted triangle lifting arm and the equilateral triangle lifting arm web member is pointed out. According to the results of the research, some suggestions are put forward for the selection of the inverted triangle lifting arm, which provides a reference for the design and research of the inverted triangle lifting arm. (2) the stress state of the single section structure of the lower chord without wheel compression is analyzed, and the stress characteristics of the upper flange plate, web plate and lower flange plate of the lower chord are obtained and the reasons are analyzed. (3) by changing the thickness of the flange plate and the web plate, the stress state of the single section structure of the lower chord is studied, and the influence of the thickness of the upper flange plate and the web plate on the connecting position of the web bar and the lower chord of the oblique truss is obtained. This paper provides relevant data and information for the study of the lower chord: (4) the stress state of the lower chord under the wheel pressure is studied, and the relationship between the position of the wheel pressure and the force on the flange plate and web plate of the lower chord is obtained. It is pointed out that wheel pressure has an effect on the warpage of web plate and lower flange plate, and their stiffness should be evaluated strictly. (5) according to the characteristics of the inverted triangle lifting arm of ST80/238 tower crane, based on the principle of reasonable design, novel structure, reasonable economy, convenient installation, safe and reliable, combined with the result of the analysis of cable force by ANSYS software, The stress characteristics of cable are obtained, and the double-point-four-cable structure is designed. The cable structure can realize the action requirement of the lifting arm, which is different from the structure form of the traditional pull rod. The installation and disassembly are simple and easy, and the strength condition is strictly checked. The design of the cable structure is determined to be reasonable. The research results of this paper provide the reference data for the research and design of the inverted triangle jib crane, which is beneficial to the development and technical innovation of the tower crane.
