基于SML的零件族建模与变型设计

【摘要】:论文结合浙江省优先主题重点工业项目——“基于产品平台的注塑机数字化设计技术及应用”,对基于事物特性表的零件族建模与变型设计技术,零件族工艺主文档建立与变型设计技术,零件族NC主文档建立与变型设计技术进行了研究,结合实施企业的设计与生产现状,构建了零件族建模与变型设计系统的总体框架,并开发原型系统,有效帮助企业实施零件标准化工作。 第一章分析了研究背景、范围、目标及意义,综述了国内外在零件族建模、零件族变型设计、工艺变型设计、数控变型设计中的研究进展,进而给出了本论文的主要研究内容和组织结构。 第二章阐述了基于SML的零件族变型设计基本原理,结合企业现有的设计与生产过程,分析了零件族建模与变型设计系统的需求。在此基础上,对系统进行了总体设计,介绍了系统的总体结构、功能模型、信息模型、接口设计、应用流程。 第三章对零件族几何建模与变型设计进行了研究。采用封装的思想,将零件族的事物特性表和三维CAD模型关联封装,通过参数提取、参数关联、现有配置添加,实现零件族快速变型设计,同时生成毛坯模型,并建立了详细的零件族几何建模与变型设计实现过程。 第四章对零件族工艺建模与变型设计进行了研究,提出了几何特征工艺的概念,给出了支持工艺变型的零件族信息模型,研究了工艺变型过程和关键技术,设计了工艺主文档建立和变型设计流程,并结合射胶二板族的实例介绍了工艺变型的应用技术。 第五章对零件族数控建模与变型设计进行了研究,延续第四章的思路,给出了零件族数控信息模型,研究了数控建模与变型设计技术方法。 最后给出本文研究成果,并展望可继续深入研究方向。
[Abstract]:Based on the key industry project of Zhejiang Province, "Digital Design Technology and Application of injection Molding Machine based on Product platform", the modeling and variant design technology of part family based on tabular feature table is introduced in this paper. The technology of part family master document and variant design and part family NC master document establishment and variant design are studied. The overall frame of part family modeling and variant design system is constructed according to the present situation of enterprise design and production. And develop a prototype system to effectively help enterprises implement parts standardization work. The first chapter analyzes the research background, scope, goal and significance, and summarizes the research progress in parts family modeling, part family variant design, process variant design, numerical control variant design, at home and abroad. Furthermore, the main research contents and organization structure of this thesis are given. In the second chapter, the basic principle of part family variant design based on SML is introduced, and the requirement of part family modeling and variant design system is analyzed according to the existing design and production process of enterprise. On this basis, the overall design of the system is carried out, and the overall structure, function model, information model, interface design and application flow of the system are introduced. In the third chapter, the geometric modeling and variant design of part family are studied. In this paper, the idea of encapsulation is adopted to encapsulate the object characteristic table of part family and 3D CAD model. Through parameter extraction, parameter association, existing configuration adding, the rapid variant design of part family is realized, and the blank model is generated at the same time. The process of geometric modeling and variant design of part family is established in detail. In the fourth chapter, the part family process modeling and variant design are studied, the concept of geometric feature process is put forward, the part family information model supporting process modification is given, and the process of process modification and key technology are studied. The process master document establishment and variant design flow are designed, and the application technology of process modification is introduced in combination with the examples of the two plate families. In the fifth chapter, the numerical control modeling and variant design of part family are studied. The idea of the fourth chapter is followed, the information model of part family is given, and the technical method of numerical control modeling and variant design is studied. Finally, the research results of this paper are given, and the direction of further research is prospected.
