均苯型聚酰亚胺保持架材料的成形工艺及性能研究

【摘要】:采用热压工艺,利用正交试验方法,确定了均苯型聚酰亚胺的成形工艺参数,研究了温度对聚酰亚胺保持架材料拉伸强度、硬度和摩擦学的影响,分析了装有均苯型聚酰亚胺保持架轴承的高温高速适应性和抗贫油能力。结果表明:工艺优化后的均苯型聚酰亚胺保持架材料260℃时拉伸强度为71 MPa,拉伸强度保持率为64.5%,硬度和磨损量几乎不变,装有均苯型聚酰亚胺保持架的轴承高温高速适应性良好,抗贫油能力优于装有传统铜保持架的轴承。
[Abstract]:The forming process parameters of isobenzene polyimide were determined by means of orthogonal test, and the effects of temperature on tensile strength, hardness and tribology of polyimide cage were studied. The high temperature and high speed adaptability and lean oil resistance of polyimide cage bearing with isobenzene type are analyzed.
