自动变速箱内置式齿轮泵齿圈断裂的解决方法

【摘要】:为了解决无卸荷槽的内置式齿轮泵的齿圈断裂的问题,利用三维建模软件建立齿轮泵模型,通过FLUENT进行内部流场仿真,得到分别开设无卸荷槽、对称式卸荷槽和偏置式卸荷槽齿轮泵的最高困油压力值,并计算出3种泵的容积效率,验证了采用偏置式卸荷槽的泵能很好地解决困油问题且能提高泵的容积效率。通过计算设计出偏置卸荷槽的偏移位置,并进行样机试验验证。经比较试验结果与仿真结果相近,这为设计内置式齿轮泵提供了参考。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of gear ring fracture of built-in gear pump without unloading slot, the model of gear pump was established by using 3D modeling software, and the internal flow field was simulated by FLUENT. The maximum trapped oil pressure of symmetrical unloading groove and offset unloading groove gear pump is calculated, and the volume efficiency of three pumps is calculated. It is proved that the pump with offset unloading groove can solve the problem of oil trap and improve the volume efficiency of pump. The offset position of the offset unloading slot is designed by calculation, and the prototype test is carried out. The comparison between the experimental results and the simulation results provides a reference for the design of the built-in gear pump.
