三偏心金属硬密封蝶阀的结构与有限元分析

【摘要】:在改革开放以后,我国阀门行业欣欣向荣,而蝶阀也受到了许多应用领域的青睐,以往的普通蝶阀已经很难满足更加严酷的应用环境和更加严格的性能要求。而三偏心蝶阀的出现,改变了蝶阀的密封材料,用金属硬密封形式来取代以往的非金属密封形式。这一设计不仅提高了蝶阀密封副的使用寿命,而且耐高温、耐高压和具有良好的密封效果,扩大了蝶阀的适用领域。但目前国内还没有形成一个较为完善的分析体系,从而使三偏心蝶阀的发展和应用仍受到一定的限制。 本文以三偏心蝶阀为研究对象,对其结构、受力进行了简单的分析,归纳出蝶阀蝶板的各主要截面技术参数的计算公式、蝶阀各偏心值的计算公式;并通过理论分析,对其摩擦力矩和密封力矩进行了分析;总结出三偏心值对蝶阀所受摩擦力矩和密封力矩的影响,,列出了蝶阀各偏心值的适宜区域。 本文以600Ds343H双向多层次硬密封蝶阀为例,通过归纳出的公式,计算出600Ds343H双向多层次硬密封蝶阀的蝶板主要截面轮廓线上的主要技术参数和各偏心值。并通过所得出的各参数,建立600Ds343H双向多层次硬密封蝶阀的数值模拟分析模型,通过ANSYS有限元软件对其受力和流场进行分析,对所得分析结果进行对比分析,验证以上的设计方案是否合理。
[Abstract]:After the reform and opening up, the valve industry in our country is flourishing, and butterfly valve has been favored by many application fields. In the past, ordinary butterfly valve has been difficult to meet the harsher application environment and more stringent performance requirements. The appearance of triple eccentric butterfly valve changed the sealing material of butterfly valve and replaced the former non-metallic seal form with metal hard seal. This design not only improves the service life of butterfly valve seal pair, but also has high temperature, high pressure resistance and good sealing effect, and expands the application field of butterfly valve. However, there is not a perfect analysis system in China, which limits the development and application of tri-eccentric butterfly valve. This paper takes the three-eccentric butterfly valve as the research object, analyzes its structure and force simply, sums up the calculation formula of the main cross section technical parameters of butterfly valve butterfly plate and the calculation formula of each eccentric value of butterfly valve. Through theoretical analysis, the friction torque and sealing moment of butterfly valve are analyzed, and the influence of three eccentricities on friction moment and sealing moment of butterfly valve is summarized, and the suitable regions of each eccentric value are listed. Taking 600Ds343H bi-directional hard sealing butterfly valve as an example, the main technical parameters and eccentricity values of the main section profile of the butterfly plate of 600Ds343H bi-directional hard seal butterfly valve are calculated by the formula summarized in this paper. Through the obtained parameters, the numerical simulation analysis model of 600Ds343H bi-directional hard seal butterfly valve is established, and the stress and flow field of the valve are analyzed by ANSYS finite element software, and the results are compared and analyzed. Verify that the above design is reasonable.
