雄连工厂制造能力提升策略研究

【摘要】:雄连工厂属国内众多中小型加工类企业中的一员,在行业竞争日趋激烈的今天,如何提高自身的制造能力,以保持行业中的竞争优势地位始终是各类加工企业不断探求的一项课题。本文以如何提升雄连工厂制造能力为题,提出针对雄连工厂的制造能力提升策略,供管理者参考。 雄连工厂已成立十五年,由当初只有几名员工发展到拥有三百余名员工的规模,回顾公司的发展历程,在行业较为繁荣时期,公司得到了快速发展,但在行业不景气时期,公司也而临着严峻的挑战。钣金制造企业准入门槛低,行业竞争激烈,雄连工厂必须拥有在制造职能上的核心竞争力才可以在行业竞争中保持长期发展。 论文首先描述了雄连工厂的历史、现状以及目前在临的困境,之后介绍了国内钣金制造行业的现状,分析行业发展趋势。基于这些内容,分析雄连工厂的问题,提出几项提升制造能力策略。首先,减低制造成本,根据雄连工厂的现状,降低制造成本主要从原材料、加工成本、标准化作业等几个方面展开;其次,提高产品质量,主要从以下三个方面入手:生产设备、作业技能、管理技能;第三,要满足客户对交货期的要求,公司应坚定不移地把生产管理软件的应用工作完善下去,通过生产管理软件来指导日常生产,为准时交货打下基础;第四,雄连工厂应向正规化企业方向发展。 文章还对这些对策实施的可行性及保障措施作了说明。
[Abstract]:Xionglian Factory is a member of many small and medium-sized processing enterprises in China. In today's increasingly competitive industry, how to improve its manufacturing capability? In order to maintain the position of competitive advantage in the industry, it has always been a topic for all kinds of processing enterprises to explore. Based on how to improve the manufacturing capability of Xionglian factory, this paper puts forward the strategy of improving the manufacturing capability of Xionglian factory for managers' reference. Xionglian factory has been established for 15 years, from only a few employees at the beginning to the size of more than 300 employees. Looking back at the development of the company, during the period of relatively prosperous industry, the company got rapid development, but during the recession of the industry, The company is also facing severe challenges. Sheet metal manufacturing enterprises have low barriers to entry and fierce competition in the industry. Xionglian factories must have the core competitiveness in manufacturing functions in order to maintain long-term development in the industry competition. Firstly, the paper describes the history, present situation and current predicament of Xionglian factory, then introduces the current situation of domestic sheet metal manufacturing industry and analyzes the development trend of the industry. Based on these contents, the problems of Xionglian factory are analyzed, and several strategies to improve manufacturing capability are proposed. First of all, reduce manufacturing costs, according to the current situation of Xionglian factory, reduce manufacturing costs mainly from raw materials, processing costs, standardized operations and other aspects; Secondly, improve the quality of products, mainly from the following three aspects: production equipment, operational skills, management skills; Third, to meet the customer's demand for delivery time, the company should unswervingly improve the application of production management software, through production management software to guide daily production, laying the foundation for on-time delivery; Fourth, Xionglian factory should develop towards regularization enterprise. The paper also explains the feasibility and safeguard measures of these countermeasures.
