DA410-61型离心压缩机的结构改进与分析

【摘要】:空气压缩机作为一种重要的动力生产设备,广泛应用于生活生产的各个环节,如矿山、冶金、机械制造、电子电力、化工、纺织、包装行业等领域。对离心式压缩机转子振动故障的分析与研究,保证离心式压缩机的安全可靠运行,对于提高生产效率、经济效益具有重要意义。 本文针对上海鼓风机厂设计制造的DA410—61型离心压缩机的运行振动问题,对该压缩机转子组展开了结构及频率分析,主要内容如下:首先,对该离心式压缩机转子组运行中的振动故障现象及产生原因进行了分析;其次,采用SoildWorks建立转子组的三维模型,并利用Simulation对转子组进行了有限元优化分析;第三,从有限元分析结果,得出转子组的固有频率和临界转速,提出了改进转子组结构的相应措施,经Simulation软件分析说明改造方案可行,且改造后压缩机组运行平稳。
[Abstract]:As an important power production equipment, air compressor is widely used in various aspects of daily production, such as mining, metallurgy, mechanical manufacturing, electronic power, chemical industry, textile, packaging industry and so on. The analysis and research of rotor vibration fault of centrifugal compressor is of great significance to improve the production efficiency and economic benefit to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the centrifugal compressor. Aiming at the operation vibration of DA410-61 centrifugal compressor designed and manufactured by Shanghai Blower Factory, the structure and frequency of the rotor set of the compressor are analyzed in this paper. The main contents are as follows: first of all, In this paper, the vibration failure phenomenon and its causes in the operation of the rotor group of the centrifugal compressor are analyzed. Secondly, the three-dimensional model of rotor group is established by SoildWorks, and the finite element optimization analysis of rotor group is carried out by Simulation. Thirdly, from the results of finite element analysis, the natural frequency and critical speed of the rotor group are obtained, and the corresponding measures to improve the structure of the rotor group are put forward. The analysis of Simulation software shows that the retrofit scheme is feasible and the compressor unit runs smoothly after the revamping.
