基于Web的参数化跨平台零件库系统研究

【摘要】:随着网络技术和CAD技术的迅速发展与应用,企业对CAD技术的要求不断提高。而零件库作为CAD系统的重要组成部分,同时鉴于目前大多数CAD产品都属于标准件或可以通过变形设计得到的通用件的现状,制造企业开始不断强调零件库的共享以及资源的重用性,以实现企业之间的信息集成与优势互补,从而可以极大地降低开发成本,缩短产品的开发周期,提高企业制造群体的竞争力。因此,构建Web环境下的零件库系统已经成为近年来研究的热点。 本文根据咸阳市科技局的要求,以推动企业技术创新、加强公共科技服务平台建设、提高社会生产力为宗旨,对零件库在Web环境下的开发和应用进行了积极的探索。课题的开发融合了CAD、计算机网络以及数据库等一系列技术,其主要研究工作及成果如下: 1)在系统结构方面,根据目前企业的实际需求,确立了采用B/S模式来实现零件库系统的整体构架,并利用UML工具对系统的功能模块进行了设计,同时通过分析目前实现零件资源共享的方案,提出了一种结合STEP中性文件的跨平台方法。 2)在参数建模方面,对参数化及特征建模技术进行了研究,在此基础之上介绍了零件的参数化设计方法,同时针对SolidWorks软件,详细介绍了驱动模块的开发过程。该部分的研究很好的解决了Web环境下零件信息建模与参数驱动的问题。 3)在信息集成方面,建立了规范化的零件信息描述和存储机制,保证了零件库系统安全及高效的运行。同时通过对Dtree和VRML技术的研究,使得零件信息在客户端页面中的树形浏览与三维动态展示成为可能,较好的实现了Web环境下的动态交互。 4)在开发应用方面,本文采用Dreamweaver和Jbuilderx等开发工具,搭建了零件库服务平台的网站,并介绍了系统主要功能模块的使用过程,从而初步验证了系统在实际应用中的可靠性与实用性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development and application of network technology and CAD technology, the requirement of CAD technology is increasing. Part library is an important part of CAD system, and considering that most CAD products are standard parts or can be obtained by deformation design, Manufacturing enterprises begin to emphasize the sharing of parts library and the reuse of resources, so as to realize the information integration and complementary advantages between enterprises, thus greatly reduce the development cost and shorten the product development cycle. Improve the competitiveness of manufacturing groups. Therefore, the construction of part library system under Web environment has become a hot topic in recent years. According to the requirements of Xianyang Science and Technology Bureau, this paper explores the development and application of part library under Web environment, aiming at promoting technological innovation of enterprises, strengthening the construction of public sci-tech service platform and improving social productivity. The development of the project integrates a series of technologies such as CAD, computer network and database. The main research work and results are as follows: 1) in terms of system structure, according to the actual needs of enterprises, The whole frame of part library system is established by using B / S mode, and the function module of the system is designed by using UML tool. At the same time, through the analysis of the current scheme to realize the sharing of parts resources, This paper presents a cross-platform approach combining STEP neutral files. 2) in the aspect of parameter modeling, the parameterization and feature modeling technology are studied. Based on this, the parametric design method of parts is introduced, and the development process of driving module is introduced in detail for SolidWorks software. The research in this part solves the problem of part information modeling and parameter driving in Web environment. 3) in the aspect of information integration, a standardized part information description and storage mechanism is established to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the part library system. At the same time, through the research of Dtree and VRML technology, it is possible to browse the tree and display the 3D information in the client pages, and realize the dynamic interaction in the Web environment. 4) in the aspect of development and application, this paper uses Dreamweaver and Jbuilderx to set up the website of part library service platform, and introduces the process of using the main function modules of the system. Thus, the reliability and practicability of the system in practical application are preliminarily verified.
