200MW机组引风机节能改造研究

【摘要】:风机是工、农业生产中发挥重要作用的通用机械,数量极其庞大,耗能十分可观,具有相当大的的节能潜力。因此,研究风机的节能降耗问题,对“节能减排”具有十分重要的意义。 在火力发电厂中,主要辅机的经济运行直接关系到厂用电率的高低,而厂用电率的高低又是影响发电成本和供电煤耗的重要因素。风机作为电站锅炉的主要辅机,其电耗占厂用电的30%左右,因此开展电厂风机的经济运行、节能研究很有必要。 本文以吉林省某热电厂200MW机组的680t/h锅炉为例,对相应的两类引风机进行数值模拟与节能降耗改造研究。首先利用Pro/E软件对离心通风机和轴流通风机的整机内部流动进行三维流场建立模型;然后在专门的网格划分软件GAMBIT中对两个风机的三维流场模型进行网格划分和边界条件设置;最后采用CFD商业软件FLUENT,利用标准k-ε模型、分离隐式求解器分别对两个风机模型进行数值模拟并分析了数值模拟结果。通过对整机内部及出口流场的研究,,分析出流体在通风机内部及出口的速度矢量分布和压力分布,进行离心式通风机和轴流式通风机流场对比分析,为该电厂风机的节能改造提供了理论依据。最后以该电厂一台机组引风机系统为例进行节能降耗改造和试验研究,改造后引风机单位电耗降低了1.25kW·h/t,并且为同等类型的火力发电机组风机节能改造提供参考。
[Abstract]:Fan is a kind of general machinery which plays an important role in agricultural production. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the energy saving and consumption reduction of fan. In the thermal power plant, the economic operation of the main auxiliary machine is directly related to the power consumption rate, and the power consumption rate is an important factor affecting the generation cost and coal consumption. Fan is the main auxiliary machine of boiler in power station, and its electricity consumption is about 30% of the total power consumption. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out economic operation of fan in power plant and study on energy saving. Taking the 680t/h boiler of the 200MW unit of a thermal power plant in Jilin Province as an example, the numerical simulation of two kinds of induced fans and the retrofit of saving energy and reducing consumption are carried out in this paper. Firstly, the three-dimensional flow field model of centrifugal fan and axial fan is established by using Pro/E software. Then, the 3D flow field model of two fans is meshed and the boundary conditions are set in the special meshing software GAMBIT. Finally, using the standard k- 蔚 model and the CFD commercial software FLUENT, two fan models are numerically simulated and the numerical simulation results are analyzed. Through the study of the flow field inside and out of the whole machine, the velocity vector distribution and pressure distribution of the fluid inside and out of the fan are analyzed, and the flow field of centrifugal fan and axial flow fan is compared and analyzed. It provides a theoretical basis for the retrofit of fan energy saving in this power plant. Finally, taking the fan system of one unit of the power plant as an example, the energy saving and consumption reduction is carried out. After the transformation, the unit power consumption of the induced fan is reduced and the 1.25kW h / t is reduced, which provides a reference for the energy saving transformation of the same type of thermal power generating unit fan.
