融入德国应用技术大学工程教育理念的机械工程实验教学创新探索与实践

【摘要】：在"大众创业、万众创新"新形势下,国家对创新型应用人才的迫切需求推动地方高校实验教学改革不断深化。借鉴德国应用技术大学在专业建设和人才培养中的成功经验,在重构实验教学体系、改革实验教学内容、丰富实验教学模式以推动创新实践基地建设、师资队伍建设以及机械元素校园文化氛围建设等环节中深度融入"德国元素",是打造机械工程专业特色,落实实验教学人才培养质量的有效途径。
[Abstract]:Under the new situation of "mass entrepreneurship and mass innovation", the urgent demand of the state for innovative applied talents promotes the deepening of experimental teaching reform in local colleges and universities. Based on the successful experience of the German University of Applied Technology in professional construction and talent training, this paper reconstructs the experimental teaching system, reforms the experimental teaching content, and enriches the experimental teaching model in order to promote the construction of innovative practice base. The construction of teachers and the construction of campus culture and atmosphere of mechanical elements are the effective ways to create the characteristics of mechanical engineering specialty and to carry out the training quality of experimental teaching talents.
