改进设备现场可靠性的方法研究

【摘要】:设备在使用现场能否安全可靠运行,不仅关系到用户的经济利益,同时也是设备质量的最终体现。设备的现场可靠性反映了设备从设计、制造、运输到使用全过程的信息,因此改进设备的现场可靠性,是全面提升设备可靠性的重要途径。本文主要对改进设备现场可靠性的问题进行初步的研究。 目前在改进现场可靠性研究方面,主要是解决设备局部的改进问题,缺少改进设备现场可靠性完整且系统的方法。本文在先进可靠性分析技术的基础上,总结了一套改进现场可靠性的分析方法和技术路线。随后结合某国产抱罐车与某进口抱罐车的现场使用数据,按照所提出的技术路线进行如下分析: 1)根据设备的性质及数据的完整性,选取合适的评价指标,对抱罐车现场可 靠性进行定量的分析。 2)采用故障模式、影响和危害性分析(FMECA)技术,找出各自现场可 靠性的薄弱环节。 3)利用非参估计方法计算失效发生率,明确抱罐车及各子系统的失效型式。 4)分析气候因素对抱罐车现场可靠性的影响,并给出对现场可靠性影响的最优点。 5)根据以上的对比分析,从制造商与用户的角度出发,给出国产抱罐车的现场可靠性改进建议。 通过对抱罐车实际的案例分析,,验证了现场可靠性改进技术路线的可行性。
[Abstract]:Whether the equipment can run safely and reliably on the site is not only related to the economic benefit of the user, but also the ultimate embodiment of the equipment quality. The field reliability of the equipment reflects the information from the design, manufacture, transportation to the use of the whole process. Therefore, improving the field reliability of the equipment is an important way to improve the reliability of the equipment. In this paper, the problem of improving the reliability of equipment on the spot is studied. At present, in the research of improving the field reliability, it is mainly to solve the problem of local improvement of equipment, but there is no method to improve the integrity and system of the field reliability of the equipment. On the basis of advanced reliability analysis technology, this paper summarizes a set of analysis methods and technical route to improve field reliability. Then combined with the field usage data of a domestic tank truck and an imported tank truck, the following analysis is carried out according to the proposed technical route: 1) according to the nature of the equipment and the integrity of the data, the appropriate evaluation index is selected. Quantitative analysis of locale availability of tank truck is carried out. 2) adopt the fault mode, influence and harmfulness analysis (FMECA) technology, find out the weak link of their respective locale dependability. 3) the failure rate is calculated by non-parametric estimation method, and the failure types of tank truck and subsystems are determined. 4) the influence of climate factors on the field reliability of tank truck is analyzed, and the most advantages of the effect on the field reliability are given. 5) according to the above comparative analysis and from the point of view of the manufacturer and the user, the suggestions for improving the field reliability of the domestic truck are given. The feasibility of improving technical route of field reliability is verified by analyzing actual cases of tank truck.
