射流式自吸离心泵研究现状与前景展望
[Abstract]:As a new type of pump, jet self-priming centrifugal pump has become a hot research area at home and abroad because it does not need to inject water into the pump body to realize rapid self-priming before start-up. By reviewing the development history of jet self-priming centrifugal pump, the working mechanism and structural advantages of jet self-priming centrifugal pump are analyzed. On the basis of systematically summarizing the research results at home and abroad, the unsymmetrical water pressure chamber of flow guide type is analyzed. This paper analyzes the development of the theory and technology of self-priming centrifugal pump in the aspects of automatic closure of bowl backflow valve, geometry dimension of jet nozzle and variable of nozzle shrinkage angle, and puts forward the future research direction: hydraulic design, and so on. The hydraulic model of different structure types is designed and the influence of different geometric parameters of impeller on the whole performance of pump is discussed in depth. In the structure, adopting the innovative self-priming structure, the influence mechanism of the self-priming structure on the self-priming performance is deepened, and the method of selecting the optimum geometric parameters of each component is determined to improve the performance index of the self-priming centrifugal pump. In the processing technology, breaking through the traditional casting manufacturing method and adopting a new type of aluminum alloy die casting forming, this paper provides a theoretical basis for the development of high efficiency, fast self-priming, low energy consumption jet self-priming centrifugal pump.
