气力输送计算机辅助设计系统研究

【摘要】:气力输送是指利用气流将固体物料在管道中进行输送的方法。气力输送技术始于十九世纪末期,经过一百余年的发展实践,在技术和装备方面取得了很大的进展。由于它与输送机、运输车等粉粒体输送方法相比,具有系统密封、防尘、保护环境等优点,因此广泛应用于国民经济建设的各个行业,包括化工、轻工、医药、食品、矿山、冶金、搬运(如码头、仓储的粉粒料搬运)以及环境工程等。 气力输送过程是一个复杂多变的过程,不单涉及到粉体技术,还和流体力学等有密切的关系。一般工程上气力输送系统的设计大多采用相似理论和实验经验相结合的方法,设计效率低,主要依赖于工程设计人员的经验。 本文对气力输送计算机辅助设计进行了深入的研究。此设计系统从功能上主要分为四个模块:高压输送模块、低压输送模块、除尘系统模块和资料查询模块。高压输送模块主要涉及橡胶厂炭黑密相气力输送系统和燃煤发电厂粉煤灰气力输送系统的设计。低压输送模块可进行物料负压和正压输送的设计。除尘系统模块可以根据入风口截面积、入风口风速、风管设计速度、风管长度、除尘器的过滤风速等设计参数完成系统消耗风量、压损、风管直径以及所需过滤面积的计算。资料查询模块可以查阅收集的中英文书籍、硕博论文、相关的标准及规范、常见物料的物性、相关的参数以及输送方式的选择,还可以进行各种单位之间的换算。各个模块最后的计算结果以记事本的形式输出保存,供以后查阅。 本文介绍了气力输送计算机辅助设计系统的理论基础、设计流程及实现方法。选择合适的气力输送方式,软件会根据所填写的物料和系统的基本参数计算出多种能满足设计和生产要求的结果,包括系统的末端气速、管道内径、消耗气量、料气比、系统压损等。 此软件采用Delphi语言进行面向对象的设计,方便系统后续的扩充和完善。
[Abstract]:Pneumatic conveying is a method of conveying solid material in a pipeline by means of air flow. Pneumatic conveying technology began in the late 19th century. After more than 100 years of development and practice, great progress has been made in technology and equipment. Because it has the advantages of systematic sealing, dust-proof and environmental protection, it is widely used in various industries of national economic construction, including chemical industry, light industry, medicine, food, mining, etc. Metallurgy, handling (e. G. Wharf, silt handling of storage) and environmental engineering. Pneumatic conveying process is a complicated and changeable process, which not only involves powder technology, but also has a close relationship with hydrodynamics. In general, the design of pneumatic conveying system in engineering is based on the combination of similar theory and experimental experience, and the design efficiency is low, which mainly depends on the experience of engineering designers. In this paper, the computer aided design of pneumatic conveying is studied. The design system is mainly divided into four modules: high pressure transport module, low pressure transport module, dust removal system module and data query module. The high pressure conveying module is mainly concerned with the design of carbon black dense phase pneumatic conveying system and fly ash pneumatic conveying system of coal-fired power plant. Low-pressure conveying module can be used to design negative pressure and positive pressure conveying materials. The system module can calculate the air consumption, pressure loss, air pipe diameter and required filter area according to the design parameters such as the cross section area of the air inlet, the wind speed of the inlet, the design speed of the air duct, the length of the air duct, the filter speed of the dust collector, and so on. The data query module can refer to the collected books in English and Chinese, articles, related standards and specifications, the physical properties of common materials, the relevant parameters and the selection of transportation methods, and can also do the conversion between various units. The final results of each module are output and saved in notepad form for later reference. This paper introduces the theoretical basis, design flow and realization method of pneumatic conveying CAD system. Choosing a suitable pneumatic conveying mode, the software will calculate a variety of results that can meet the design and production requirements according to the basic parameters of the materials and systems filled in, including the terminal gas velocity of the system, the inner diameter of the pipeline, the amount of gas consumed, and the ratio of material to gas. System pressure loss etc. This software adopts Delphi language for object-oriented design, which is convenient for further expansion and perfection of the system.
