计及轴承组件轴向运动的径向滑动轴承润滑性能研究

【摘要】:径向滑动轴承是各种机械装置的主要运动部件之一,也是主要的摩擦副之一。目前进行的径向滑动轴承润滑性能研究中,一般都不考虑轴承组件的轴向运动。实际径向滑动轴承工作时,由于受到外部载荷等的作用,轴颈会发生倾斜,同时还会产生轴向的运动。为了对径向滑动轴承进行更加全面、接近实际情况的研究,精确预测径向滑动轴承的润滑性能,本文进行了考虑轴承组件轴向运动的静载径向滑动轴承润滑性能研究。 (1)计及轴颈轴向运动和倾斜的径向滑动轴承流体动力润滑分析 考虑轴颈倾斜、轴颈轴向运动和形成的挤压效应,计算分析径向滑动轴承的油膜压力分布、最大油膜压力、端泄流量、油膜反力和轴颈摩擦系数等。 (2)计及表面形貌和轴颈轴向运动的倾斜轴颈轴承流体动力润滑分析 考虑轴颈倾斜、轴颈轴向运动和轴承组件的表面形貌,,计算分析径向滑动轴承的油膜压力分布、最大油膜压力、端泄流量、油膜反力和轴颈摩擦系数等。 (3)计及表面形貌和轴颈轴向运动的倾斜轴颈轴承热流体动力润滑分析 考虑轴颈倾斜、轴颈轴向运动、轴承组件的表面形貌和润滑油黏温效应,计算分析径向滑动轴承的油膜压力分布、最大油膜压力、端泄流量、油膜反力和轴颈摩擦系数等。 研究结果表明,轴颈轴向运动对径向滑动轴承的油膜压力分布、最大油膜压力、端泄流量、油膜反力和轴颈摩擦系数等润滑性能都存在一定影响。 因此,径向滑动轴承的流体动力润滑分析中,非常有必要考虑轴承组件轴向运动的影响。
[Abstract]:Radial sliding bearing is one of the main moving parts of various mechanical devices and also one of the main friction pairs. The axial motion of bearing assembly is generally not considered in the present research on the lubrication performance of radial sliding bearing. When the actual radial sliding bearing is working, the journal will be inclined and the axial motion will occur because of the external load and so on. In order to study the lubrication performance of radial journal bearing more comprehensively, close to the actual situation and accurately predict the lubrication performance of radial sliding bearing, the lubrication performance of static load radial journal bearing considering the axial motion of bearing assembly is studied in this paper. (1) considering the axial motion of the journal and the hydrodynamic lubrication of the radial sliding bearing, considering the journal inclination, axial motion and extrusion effect, the oil film pressure distribution of the radial journal bearing is calculated and analyzed. Maximum oil film pressure, end discharge, oil film reaction and neck friction coefficient. (2) considering the surface morphology and axial motion of journal, the hydrodynamic lubrication analysis of tilted journal bearing, considering the inclination of journal, axial motion of journal and the surface morphology of bearing assembly, the oil film pressure distribution of radial sliding bearing is calculated and analyzed. Maximum oil film pressure, end discharge, oil film reaction and neck friction coefficient. (3) considering the surface morphology and axial motion of journal, the thermal hydrodynamic lubrication analysis of tilted journal bearing takes into account the inclination of journal, axial movement of journal, surface morphology of bearing assembly and viscosity temperature effect of lubricating oil. The oil film pressure distribution, the maximum oil film pressure, the end discharge rate, the oil film reaction force and the friction coefficient of the journal are calculated and analyzed. The results show that the axial movement of the journal has a certain influence on the lubrication performance of radial sliding bearing such as oil film pressure distribution, maximum oil film pressure, end discharge flow, oil film reaction force and journal friction coefficient. Therefore, in the hydrodynamic lubrication analysis of radial sliding bearings, it is necessary to consider the axial motion of bearing components.
