某核电站闭式冷却水泵电机轴承异响故障分析

【摘要】:针对某核电站常规岛闭式冷却水泵在现场运转期间出现电机轴承异响问题,通过现场拆解电动机进行排查分析,确定轴承游隙过大、安装使用过程中异物进入轴承内部以及轴承室储脂空间较小是根本原因。在将电动机驱动端轴承游隙由原来的C3组改为普通组,加强轴承清洁度控制并将轴承室充满油脂后,轴承异响问题得以解决。
[Abstract]:In view of the abnormal noise of motor bearing during the operation of a conventional island cooling pump in a nuclear power station, the disassembly of the motor was carried out through field inspection and analysis to determine that the bearing clearance was too large. The main reason is that the foreign body enters the bearing and the grease storage space in the bearing chamber is small. After changing the bearing clearance at the motor drive end from the original C3 group to the ordinary group, the control of bearing cleanliness is strengthened and the bearing room is filled with grease, the problem of abnormal noise of the bearing can be solved.
