CAPP在单件小批机械制造企业中的应用研究

【摘要】:科学技术的持续进步推动着制造企业的制造技术和设计技术的不断革新,计算机辅助工艺规划(Computer Aided Process Planning, CAPP)作为先进制造技术的重要组成部分也在迅速发展,新的CAPP系统层出不穷。近年来,CAPP领域的研究者和企业技术人员在继续推进CAPP的自动化和智能化的同时,也开始了CAPP实用化、商品化的研究与开发。由于工艺设计是一项比较复杂的工作,而且不同类型的企业对工艺设计的需求不同,使得目前很多企业中的CAPP应用情况并不理想,因此开发实施适合企业自身特点的CAPP系统势在必行。本论文在深入分析单件小批机械制造企业的工艺特点的基础上,总结这类企业对工艺设计的要求,开发实施了适合这类企业的CAPP系统。 论文首先分析了单件小批机械制造企业的工艺特点,总结了其对CAPP的要求,进而提出这类企业CAPP系统所需的基本功能,设计出了CAPP系统的总体功能模型。 然后论文对该CAPP系统的各个功能模块进行详细阐述。根据这类企业围绕订单组织生产的特点,提出一种基于产品设计结构和订单结构自动生成的一种工艺结构,并在该工艺结构的基础上进行快速工艺设计;在工艺设计过程中对订单的工艺成本进行估算与控制,确保估算出的订单工艺成本不会超出企业根据投标时的标价分解出来的目标工艺成本;为了解决信息孤岛的问题,本文还对CAPP与制造资源规划(Enterprise Resources Planning, ERP)系统的集成问题进行了研究。 最后,通过济钢重机公司的CAPP系统实施项目,对系统进行了设计与完善,并验证了该系统的可行性。
[Abstract]:The continuous progress of science and technology promotes the continuous innovation of manufacturing technology and design technology in manufacturing enterprises. As an important part of advanced manufacturing technology, computer-aided process planning (Computer Aided Process Planning, CAPP) is also developing rapidly. New CAPP systems emerge one after another. In recent years, researchers and enterprise technicians in the field of CAPP continue to promote the automation and intelligence of CAPP, at the same time, they have also begun the research and development of practical and commercial CAPP. Because process planning is a complex task, and different types of enterprises have different requirements for process planning, the application of CAPP in many enterprises is not ideal at present. Therefore, it is imperative to develop and implement the CAPP system which is suitable for the enterprise's own characteristics. On the basis of in-depth analysis of the process characteristics of single-piece small batch machine manufacturing enterprises, this paper summarizes the requirements of such enterprises for process planning, and develops and implements a CAPP system suitable for this kind of enterprises. In this paper, the process characteristics of single piece small batch machine manufacturing enterprises are analyzed, and the requirements for CAPP are summarized. Then the basic functions of CAPP system are put forward, and the overall function model of CAPP system is designed. Then the paper describes each function module of the CAPP system in detail. According to the characteristics of order organization, a kind of process structure based on product design structure and order structure is put forward, and the rapid process design is carried out on the basis of this process structure. In the process of process planning, the process cost of the order is estimated and controlled to ensure that the estimated process cost of the order does not exceed the target process cost decomposed by the enterprise according to the bid price. In order to solve the problem of isolated information island, the integration of CAPP and manufacturing resource planning (Enterprise Resources Planning, ERP) system is also studied in this paper. Finally, through the implementation project of CAPP system of Jigang heavy Machine Company, the system is designed and perfected, and the feasibility of the system is verified.
