秦皇岛港煤二期C80翻车机电气系统设计

【摘要】:翻车机卸车系统作为一种大型的机、电、液一体化卸车设备,广泛应用于港口、矿山、电站、钢铁等企业,其装卸能力和效率对于企业的整体运行和经济效益起着决定性作用。本文对秦皇岛港煤二期C80翻车机进行电气系统设计,内容主要包括以下几个方面。 简单介绍了翻车机卸车系统在国内外的发展历史和翻车机发展的方向。针对煤二期翻车机系统的状况提出了改进措施。对翻车机的结构和工作原理进行分析,对翻车机系统的组成部分进行了技术分析和特点概括,对翻车机电气系统进行了详细介绍,并说明翻车机系统的卸车工艺。深入开展了翻车机电气系统控制部分的技术设计,采用先进的总线通讯和位置检测技术,保证翻车机安全可靠运行;介绍了翻车机的主要参数和载荷特征,对翻车机传动部分进行详细的设计,针对驱动系统做了较为详细的分析和计算,对翻车机的电机选型进行了分析和计算;采用ABB DCS800直流变流器实现对翻车机、定位车直流电机平稳调速运行。介绍了翻车机系统的技术性能和翻车机的安装程序和要求;最后介绍了翻车机系统的调试和试运行,,以及翻车机的保养和维护方法。 本文通过对煤二期C80翻车机系统的电气设计,提升了煤二期翻车机的综合性能,结束了秦皇岛港煤二期不能接卸C80车型的历史,对提高装卸生产效率和设备安全稳定性具有现实意义。
[Abstract]:As a large-scale machine, electricity, liquid integrated unloading equipment, the dumper unloading system is widely used in ports, mines, power stations, steel and other enterprises, its loading and unloading capacity and efficiency play a decisive role in the overall operation and economic benefits of the enterprise. In this paper, the electrical system design of the C80 dumper of Qinhuangdao Coal Mine is carried out. The main contents include the following aspects. This paper briefly introduces the development history of dumper unloading system at home and abroad and the development direction of dumper. In view of the situation of the second-phase coal dumper system, the improvement measures are put forward. This paper analyzes the structure and working principle of the car dumper, analyzes the components of the car dumper system and summarizes its characteristics, introduces the mechanical and electrical gas system in detail, and explains the unloading technology of the car dumper system. The technical design of the control part of the mechanical and electrical gas system of the rollover is carried out. The advanced bus communication and position detection technology are adopted to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the car dumper. The main parameters and load characteristics of the dumper are introduced, the driving part of the dumper is designed in detail, the driving system is analyzed and calculated in detail, and the selection of the motor of the dumper is analyzed and calculated. The ABB DCS800 DC converter is used to realize the smooth speed regulation of the DC motor of the positioning vehicle and the rollover. This paper introduces the technical performance of the dumper system and the installation procedures and requirements of the dumper, and finally introduces the commissioning and trial operation of the dumper system, as well as the maintenance and maintenance methods of the tipper. In this paper, through the electrical design of the C80 dumper system of the second phase of coal, the comprehensive performance of the tipper of the second phase of coal has been improved, and the history that the second phase of the coal of Qinhuangdao Port can't take over and unload the C80 model has been ended. It is of practical significance to improve the efficiency of loading and unloading and the safety and stability of equipment.
