基于等强度的起重机行星减速机传动方案研究
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of construction machinery industry in China, there is more and more demand for cranes, and the market demand for planetary reducer, which is supporting the crane, is expanding. Planetary gear transmission is an important transmission pair of planetary reducer. Whether the scheme design is reasonable or not directly affects the transmission performance of the reducer and then affects the service performance of machinery and equipment. Aiming at the products of 2K-H (NGW) planetary reducer used in series cranes, the influence of gear parameters and key parts structure on the strength of gears in gear transmission system is deeply studied, and the corresponding design software is developed at the same time. The programming of gear system design of planetary reducer is realized. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) the gear transmission scheme of planetary reducer for crane is studied. Based on the principle of equal strength, the calculation algorithm and design flow of planetary gear matching are studied deeply, and a set of accurate and general scheme design algorithm of planetary gear transmission system is obtained, and its design software is developed. (2) based on the latest (ISO) gear strength calculation standard ISO6336-2006, of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), the working characteristics and application requirements of planetary reducer for cranes are considered at the same time. The influence of the parameters on the equal strength target of the planetary gear is studied. According to the calculation algorithm of the planetary gear strength, the special module of the gear strength calculation is developed on the platform of Matlab. (3) the determination of displacement coefficient of planetary gear is deeply studied. Based on the principle of equal strength of gears and the limiting conditions of the value of displacement coefficient, the design variables are selected, the constraint conditions are determined, and the objective function of optimal design is obtained. Based on the engineering practice, the programming of the value of displacement coefficient is realized. (4) the performance index and evaluation method of the scheme evaluation of gear transmission system of planetary reducer are studied, the weight value of equal contact and equal bending strength distribution index is studied, and the multi-index comprehensive evaluation program is obtained. The research results have been applied to the research and development of 25 ton planetary reducer for truck cranes. The test results show that the planetary reducer designed in this paper has good performance.
