低压轴流风机的气动设计及性能分析
[Abstract]:In the traditional design method of low-pressure axial-flow fan, the equal-ring flow pattern is the most commonly used flow pattern, which is mainly because of its simplicity and high efficiency. But the isocyclic flow pattern also has some shortcomings, such as the blade twist is very serious, the relative velocity along the radius direction changes greatly, which will lead to a larger Mach number for the gas medium. The variable loop flow pattern can improve the fan efficiency, reduce the noise, and better meet the design requirements. In addition, the bending and swept technology has been successfully used in the design of low-pressure axial-flow fan. The efficiency of axial-flow fan can be improved and the noise can be reduced by using the bending-swept technology. In this paper, the low pressure axial flow fan is designed by using arbitrary flow pattern including equal ring and variable loop. On the basis of the design, the bending and swept blade is designed. The concrete work is as follows: first of all, the main work of this paper is as follows: first of all, The design program module of low pressure axial flow fan based on arbitrary flow pattern and bending and swept technology was established by Visual Basic6.0. Then, the parameterized modeling of axial flow fan is realized through the secondary development of 3D modeling software Solidworks. Finally, the CFD software FLUENT is used to simulate the axial-flow fan, and the aerodynamic-acoustic performance of the fan is analyzed, and the equal-ring flow pattern is compared with each other. Aerodynamic-acoustic performance of low-pressure axial-flow fan designed with variable annular flow pattern and low-pressure axial-flow fan with curved and swept blades.
