基于电液比例阀的液压试验台加载系统研究

【摘要】:本论文是针对长安大学现有的电液比例压力流量控制系统试验台的二次开发,在现有的实验设备下,我们已经搭建好了电液比例泵控马达系统和电液比例阀控马达系统,但是如何能够在实验室条件下给马达加载,并且能够对所加载荷进行很好地控制,却没有做过专门的研究。本论文就根据实际的需要,设计和搭建了电液比例加载系统。 首先确定了加载的方式:利用比例溢流阀和比例节流阀通过改变二次元件出口压力大小最终实现对马达的加载。然后,利用液压试验台现有的元件,设计和搭建了电液比例溢流阀加载系统和电液比例节流阀加载系统,并对加载系统的核心元件—比例阀的结构和工作原理做了详细的分析。随后又对这两个系统的加载原理和适用的情况做了分析。 针对所设计的比例加载系统,建立了它们的数学模型,然后分析得出系统的动态品质和稳态特性还不能满足实际加载的需要,于是提出了模糊PID控制策略。利用现有实验资料,并通过MATLAB软件绘制出了比例加载系统的电压—扭矩关系曲线,然后,利用simulink软件对系统进行动态仿真,通过分析仿真结果,得出模糊PID控制作为电液比例加载系统的控制方法是良好的。
[Abstract]:This paper is aimed at the secondary development of the current electro-hydraulic proportional pressure flow control system test-bed in Chang'an University. Under the existing experimental equipment, we have built the electro-hydraulic proportional pump control motor system and the electro-hydraulic proportional valve control motor system. However, how to load the motor in laboratory and how to control the load well have not been studied. In this paper, the electro-hydraulic proportional loading system is designed and built according to the actual needs. First, the loading mode is determined: the motor is finally loaded by changing the outlet pressure of the secondary components by using the proportional relief valve and the proportional throttle valve. Then, the loading system of electro-hydraulic proportional relief valve and the loading system of electro-hydraulic proportional throttle valve are designed and built by using the existing components of the hydraulic test-bed. The structure and working principle of the core component of the loading system, the proportional valve, are analyzed in detail. Then the loading principle and application of the two systems are analyzed. In view of the designed proportional loading system, their mathematical models are established. Then the dynamic quality and steady-state characteristics of the system can not meet the demand of actual loading, so a fuzzy PID control strategy is put forward. The voltage-torque curve of the proportional loading system is drawn by using the available experimental data and MATLAB software. Then, the dynamic simulation of the system is carried out by using simulink software, and the simulation results are analyzed. It is concluded that fuzzy PID control is a good control method for electro-hydraulic proportional loading system.
