缆索起重机静动态特性研究
[Abstract]:Cable crane is a kind of lifting equipment which can be used for both horizontal and vertical transportation. It is often used in places where the terrain is undulating, or where other transport machinery is not technically and economically appropriate on land. Can be long-distance air transportation, not restricted by the ground and construction operation site. Therefore, it is widely used in highway, railway bridge construction and water conservancy construction, used to transport building materials and hoisting reinforced concrete prefabricated components. Based on the research background of 60kN cable crane of oblique card power station, the main components of cable crane, such as main cable, tower frame, trolley and so on, the basic theories of finite element method, structural mechanics, dynamics and so on, are studied in this paper. The three-dimensional mechanical design software SOLIDWORKS is used to establish the geometric model of tower, the main cable and tower are calculated and analyzed by MATLAB software and ANSYS software, and the lifting weight-trolley system is studied by using SIMULINK toolbox. Finally, the characteristics of each part of the whole machine are studied. For the main cable of the cable crane, the paper studies the envelope of the cable crane in different working conditions, whether to consider the sag, the influence of concentrated load on the vibration characteristics, to obtain its vibration frequency and vibration mode; For the tower, the stress distribution law and the high stress zone are determined by calculation. The natural frequency and the corresponding mode shape of the tower are studied, and the dynamic response of the displacement and stress of the key parts of the tower when the load changes are also studied. At the end of the paper, the mechanical model is deduced and the response result is obtained by using the lifting weight and the trolley as the system. In this paper, the static and dynamic characteristics of the main components of the fixed cable crane are studied through the analysis and calculation of the 60kN cable crane of the inclined card power station, which has certain reference significance for the design and application of this kind of cable crane.
