3D打印技术在大学生机械创新设计大赛中的应用

【摘要】:与传统的工业相比,3D打印技术具有快速成型、生产率高、成本低的优势。将3D打印应用于全国大学生机械创新设计大赛中,不但能提高制作作品的效率,降低机械工具带来的伤害,减少成本,使结构复杂的作品变得简单化,而且能拓展学生思维,提升学生对制图软件的学习效果,提高大学生科技创新能力。基于此,阐述全国大学生机械创新设计大赛与3D打印技术的概念,探究3D打印技术在大赛中的应用现状及优势,分析3D打印技术给大赛带来的挑战及思考。
[Abstract]:Compared with the traditional industry, 3D printing technology has the advantages of rapid prototyping, high productivity and low cost. The application of 3D printing in the National College students' Mechanical Innovation Design Competition can not only improve the efficiency of making works, reduce the harm caused by mechanical tools, reduce the cost, simplify the complex works, but also expand the students' thinking. Improve the learning effect of drawing software and improve the scientific and technological innovation ability of college students. Based on this, this paper expounds the concepts of national college students' mechanical innovation design competition and 3D printing technology, probes into the application status and advantages of 3D printing technology in the competition, and analyzes the challenges and thoughts brought by 3D printing technology to the competition.
