电液控制定轴式变速器液压系统的虚拟现实仿真

【摘要】:目前国内装载机主要采用行星式变速器或者液力机械半动力换挡变速器,其结构陈旧,技术落后,使用寿命较短,可靠性差,只能够满足各类中低档主机的需要,严重阻碍了装载机在工程建设中的广泛应用及整机出口。而随着国家基础设施投资力度的加大和工程建设的难度的提高,用户对装载机的换挡系统和变矩器的性能提出了更高要求,因此需要研制新的换挡系统和高性能变矩器,探索提高换挡和传动效率的途径。 本文以DANA32000装载机用自动变速器为研究对象,在分析了变速器管路油液系统及液力变矩器流场基础之上,利用虚拟现实仿真技术、数字化模型和有限元分析相结合的方法,完成了以下研究工作: 首先,建立了DANA3200型变速器管路油液系统的数字化模型,通过虚拟现实仿技术,在虚拟现实仿真平台Open inventor的基础上,实现了变速器各档位的控制仿真和各档位之间的变换仿真,向开发人员直观展示了变速器管液油液系统的工作状况,方便了变速器的开发工作。 其次,研究了变矩器内部流场状况,利用ANSYS 12.0提供的Workbench平台对变矩器工作论模型进行处理,抽取流道模型,在CFX模块进行网格划分和体有限元分析,得到了传动比i=0.75工况下的流场理论数据,然后以VC++6.0为开发工具,以Open Inventor为仿真平台,把分析得到的理论数据用锥体代表进行可视化仿真,流场的方向和大小分别用锥体的方向和颜色代表,实现了变矩器内部流场的虚拟现实仿真。仿真结果为优化变速器结构提供了理论依据,也为变速器的物理样机设计提供指导方向。 本课题研究结果揭示了变速器管路油液系统的运动状况,通过向设计人员直观展示变速器的档位控制系统及档位变换时管路内液体的流动,为变速器的电液控制系统开发提供了可视化参考依据,流场的虚拟现实仿真展示了在正常工况下变矩器内部液压传动液的流场分布,为优化变矩器的结构提供了理论依据,为新型变速器物理样机的研制开发工作提供了方便。
[Abstract]:At present, the domestic loaders mainly adopt planetary transmission or hydraulic mechanical semi-power shift transmission, which has outdated structure, backward technology, short service life and poor reliability, which can only meet the needs of all kinds of middle and low grade mainframes. It seriously hinders the wide application of loader in engineering construction and the export of the whole machine. With the increase of national infrastructure investment and the improvement of the difficulty of engineering construction, users put forward higher requirements for the performance of the shift system and torque converter of loaders, so it is necessary to develop a new shift system and high performance torque converter. Explore the ways to improve the efficiency of shift and transmission. In this paper, the automatic transmission for DANA32000 loader is taken as the research object. On the basis of analyzing the flow field of oil system and torque converter in transmission pipeline, the method of combining virtual reality simulation technology, digital model and finite element analysis is used. The following research work is completed: firstly, the digital model of DANA3200 transmission pipeline oil system is established, and based on the virtual reality simulation platform Open inventor, the digital model of DANA3200 transmission pipeline oil system is established. The control simulation of each gear position of the transmission and the transformation simulation between the gears are realized, and the working condition of the liquid oil system of the transmission pipe is displayed intuitively to the developers, which facilitates the development of the transmission. Secondly, the flow field in the torque converter is studied. The working theory model of the torque converter is processed by using the Workbench platform provided by ANSYS 12.0, the flow channel model is extracted, and the grid division and volume finite element analysis are carried out in the CFX module.
