乳化液泵站机械故障诊断研究

【摘要】:乳化液泵站在长时间工作时,各个关键部件经常会出现磨损、毁坏等机械故障,影响乳化液泵站的安全性和可靠性,严重时会使生产大打折扣。因此,对乳化液泵站进行机械故障诊断的研究,能够及时排除故障和异常现象,避免造成更大事故发生,最终使乳化液泵站能够更安全、更可靠地工作。 在很多机械故障中,都和滚动轴承的故障离不开关系,很多机械故障都是由滚动轴承故障引起的,因此本文对乳化液泵站机械故障诊断研究的对象主要是针对防爆电机的滚动轴承。根据一系列的对滚动轴承机械故障诊断方法的研究分析,确定采用振动信号分析法是较为合适的,本课题使用该方法时,最关键的就是采集滚动轴承的振动信号,只有正确采集到振动信号,后续的分析和运算才有意义。 本课题以滚动轴承为研究对象,采用C8051F340为核心器件,与内装IC压电式加速度传感器、信号调理、A/D模数转换相结合,组成滚动轴承振动信号的采集系统,通过RS485通信方式与外部系统进行数据通信。系统使用精密的测量元件和高精度、低温漂的电子器件,提高了系统的测量精度。系统设计时,围绕可维护性、可扩冲性、可靠性而展开,同时,为了允许在井下使用,系统设计符合本安要求。本文重点讲述了机械故障诊断方案的选择,以及振动信号采集的设计思路、实现方法,并详细介绍了采集系统的硬件和软件的工作原理和设计,同时展示了调试系统时的数据信息、波形图和改进方法。
[Abstract]:When the emulsion pump station works for a long time, each key component will often appear wear, destruction and other mechanical faults, which will affect the safety and reliability of the emulsion pump station, and will greatly reduce the production when it is serious. Therefore, the study of mechanical fault diagnosis of emulsion pumping station can eliminate faults and anomalies in time, avoid causing greater accidents, and finally make emulsion pumping stations work more safely and reliably. In many mechanical faults, they can not be separated from the faults of rolling bearings, and many mechanical faults are caused by the faults of rolling bearings. Therefore, the research object of mechanical fault diagnosis of emulsion pumping station is mainly aimed at the rolling bearing of explosion-proof motor. According to a series of research and analysis of mechanical fault diagnosis methods of rolling bearings, it is determined that it is more appropriate to use vibration signal analysis method. When this method is used in this paper, the most important thing is to collect the vibration signals of rolling bearings. Only when the vibration signal is collected correctly can the subsequent analysis and operation be meaningful.
