基于实例推理的齿轮减速机三维CAD设计系统设计与实现

【摘要】:减速机是一种用于原动机和工作机之间的封闭式的传动装置,它主要有增大扭矩、降低转速的功能,以便带动大扭矩的机械。按传统的习惯性思维,,齿轮减速机设计总是针对某一具体产品的,从部件到零件,所设计的几何模型尺寸值往往是固定的,零件的结构形状不能根据需要而灵活地改变,设计师如需改变产品的尺寸,就要再次进行繁复的、类似的设计计算过程,重新绘制其对应的几何模型。由此可见,这样的传统设计方法因继承性很差,造成新产品设计周期很长。基于实例推理的设计方法近年来逐渐应用于工程设计领域,发展较快,其核心思想是人类经验的再利用。当设计者接受一个新的设计任务时,以往设计中曾经做过的与当前设计相类似的设计样板往往会首先浮现在其脑海中,经比较两者之间的不同点,进行修改和调整,并按设计原则产生新的设计方案。基于实例推理的设计希望利用计算机再现这一过程。 本论文正是针对上述问题,以基于实例推理的产品设计方法作为研究对象,而研究的实例则选取齿轮减速机设计,在了解、分析国内外研究现状的基础上,着重研究设计中的关键技术与实现方法。主要研究内容为: 1.采用以特征建模和参数化技术相结合的建模方法对齿轮减速机实例进行建模,建立了三维模型库,并对实例的表达以及实例库的组织结构进行了研究。 2.在分析了传统检索算法优缺点的基础上,研究了实例的检索算法,并针对减速机的特点,提出了适合于不同特征属性的实例检索算法。 3.研究了实例的评价方法,借助于UG NX软件的虚拟装配技术和分析功能,对装配件进行了干涉检测,给出了装配评价的一般方法。 4.将基于实例推理与产品设计结合的技术应用于齿轮减速机设计,给出了基于实例推理的齿轮减速机三维CAD设计系统的设计方法。以三维软件为平台,开发了一个简单的基于实例推理的齿轮减速机三维CAD设计系统模型。
[Abstract]:Reducer is a kind of closed transmission device between prime mover and working machine. It mainly has the function of increasing torque and reducing rotating speed in order to drive large torque. According to the traditional habitual thinking, the design of gear reducer is always aimed at a specific product. From the parts to the parts, the geometric model dimensions are often fixed, and the structural shape of the parts can not be changed flexibly according to the needs. If the designer needs to change the size of the product, he must carry on the complicated, similar design calculation process again, and redraw its corresponding geometric model. Thus it can be seen that because of the poor inheritance of such traditional design methods, the new product design cycle is very long. In recent years, the design method based on case-based reasoning has been gradually applied to the field of engineering design, and its core idea is the reuse of human experience. When a designer accepts a new design task, the design template that has been similar to the current design in the past often comes to mind first, and the differences between the two are compared, modified and adjusted. And according to the design principles to produce a new design scheme. The design based on case-based reasoning hopes to reproduce this process by computer. In order to solve the above problems, this paper takes the product design method based on case-based reasoning as the research object, and the research example selects the gear reducer design, on the basis of understanding and analyzing the research status at home and abroad.
