减速器选型专家系统研究与实现

【摘要】:传统的减速器选型通常是根据产品样本来进行的,用户先按照工作条件计算出减速器的公称输入功率、传动比、输入转速、输出转矩等参数,再依据这些确定的参数尽量选用接近理想公称输入功率、减速比等参数的减速器,而这个过程依靠人为的查询机械设计手册,,初选,然后验算选取减速器的型号是不是符合初选要求,而往往初选的时候会考虑多种减速器进行对比选择,这就加大了查询手册和计算的工作量,人为操作起来难度大,效率也较低。面对这样的现实,纯粹依靠工作经验丰富的技术人员为选择减速器已经不符合高速发展的选型技术要求;而减速器销售人员不可能都具有机械行业的专业素养,对减速器的各个特征参数和选型的结果不能提供专家级的建议,难以说服用户客观的选择较为符合要求的减速器。 随着计算机的应用和发展,出现了一些减速器选型软件,这些选型软件是建立在减速器参数数据库基础之上的,但减速器数据库的数据不能完整的描述减速器的性能,只能客观的记录减速器的相应参数。结合国内外减速器选型的发展现状和趋势,本文利用专家系统的相关理论和方法,研究和开发了相应的减速器选型系统,主要研究内容、技术方法及所取得的成果如下。 (1)根据减速器选型的特点,确定了减速器选型的特征参数和需求参数,并分别描述了其模型; (2)对减速器选型的评价体系进行了研究,建立了基于模糊综合评判和层次分析的减速器选型理论模型,并结合实例对两种方法进行了说明和验证,为选型系统的设计奠定了相应的理论和方法基础; (3)结合专家系统的有关理论,分析了减速器选型专家系统的功能需求及流程;分别从知识库的设计、推理机的设计以及数据库的建立三方面构建了减速器选型专家系统模型; (4)利用ASP.NET技术对减速器选型专家系统进行了设计开发,并对其功能进行了详细说明。 本文基于模糊综合评判法、层次分析法、专家系统技术及ASP.NET技术对减速器选型的理论方法及系统开发进行了一定的研究,取得了一定的成果,但在选型理论方法方面,后续的研究中有待进一步寻求更有效、合理和优化的方法;在选型系统上,本文开发的尚属原型系统,数据库方面还需要进一步充实。
[Abstract]:The traditional reducer selection is usually carried out according to the product sample. The user first calculates the nominal input power, transmission ratio, input speed, output torque and other parameters of the reducer according to the working conditions, and then selects the reducer close to the ideal nominal input power, deceleration ratio and other parameters as far as possible according to these determined parameters, and this process relies on artificial inquiry mechanical design manual, primary selection. Then check whether the model of the reducer meets the requirements of the primary election, and often consider a variety of reducer for comparative selection, which increases the workload of query manual and calculation, artificial operation is difficult, the efficiency is also low. In the face of such a reality, relying solely on experienced technical personnel to select reducer has not met the technical requirements of rapid development; and reducer sales personnel can not all have the professional literacy of the mechanical industry, the reducer can not provide expert level suggestions for the characteristic parameters and selection results of the reducer, and it is difficult to persuade users to objectively choose the reducer which is more in line with the requirements. With the application and development of computer, some reducer selection software has appeared, which is based on the reducer parameter database, but the data of the reducer database can not completely describe the performance of the reducer, but can only objectively record the corresponding parameters of the reducer. Combined with the development status and trend of reducer selection at home and abroad, this paper studies and develops the corresponding reducer selection system by using the relevant theories and methods of expert system, the main research contents, technical methods and the achievements are as follows. The main contents are as follows: (1) according to the characteristics of reducer selection, the characteristic parameters and demand parameters of reducer selection are determined, and its models are described respectively. (2) the evaluation system of reducer selection is studied, and the theoretical model of reducer selection based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and analytic hierarchy process is established, and the two methods are explained and verified with examples, which lays the corresponding theoretical and methodological foundation for the design of the selection system. (3) combined with the relevant theories of expert system, the functional requirements and flow chart of reducer selection expert system are analyzed. The expert system model of reducer selection is constructed from three aspects: the design of knowledge base, the design of inference engine and the establishment of database. (4) the expert system of reducer selection is designed and developed by using ASP.NET technology, and its function is explained in detail. In this paper, based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, analytic hierarchy process (AHP), expert system technology and ASP.NET technology, the theoretical method and system development of reducer selection are studied, and some achievements have been obtained, but in the aspect of type selection theory and method, more effective, reasonable and optimized methods need to be further sought in the follow-up research. In the selection system, the prototype system developed in this paper needs to be further enriched in database.
