扫描电镜照片,扫描电镜照片,交联剂,无机粒子


为酞胺及丙烯酸上的一C~0墓的振动峰.这就说明2.2SEM分析图2(a),(b)分别是CMC一g一(AA一AM)加交联剂与未加交联剂(J七它组分相同),制得材料的断而扫描电镜图.从中可以看出,图2(b)中无机粒子出现明显的团聚现象,而图2(a)中断而形貌较为均一这(a)CMC一g一(AA一AM)/51():+交联剂(x5000)(b)CMC一g一(AA一AM)/510:(xs000)图2材料的扫描电镜照片表明存在交联剂,有机相与无机相之间能形成较强的氢键、甚至共价键,使无机粒子能较为均匀的分11交,不出现明显的团聚及相分离现象.显然说明,加人交联剂使得有机荃质形成一个有机的三维网络.这与无机填料的网络构成互穿网络
