【摘要】:针对采煤机制动器中摩擦片温度和磨损量过高存在安全隐患的问题,设计了一种基于STM32F205RC的采煤机制动器监测系统。该系统采用32位ARM STM32F205RC作为核心处理芯片,具有速度快,性价比高的优点。选用MAX6610作为ADC基准电路和温度冷端补偿电路,提高了温度测量的准确度。实时显示当前的磨擦片的温度和磨损量,并根据设定值产生报警,提高了制动器的安全性能。
