安全氛围与矿工安全行为模型研究

【摘要】：围绕安全氛围与矿工安全行为的内涵,通过文献分析和定量分析,识别出安全氛围与矿工安全行为包含安全态度、工友行为、管理者关注度、安全监管、安全政策、安全教育、作业环境、安全遵守行为和安全参与行为9个潜变量。通过大量数据采集,运用多元统计分析工具及结构方程模型,构建安全氛围与矿工安全行为结构模型,并揭示模型作用机理。从改善安全氛围角度提出关于提高矿工安全行为的新方法,从而提升煤矿安全生产水平。
[Abstract]:Around the connotation of safety atmosphere and safety behavior of miners, through the literature analysis and quantitative analysis, we can identify that safety atmosphere and safety behavior of miners include safety attitude, worker behavior, management attention, safety supervision. Safety policy, safety education, work environment, safety compliance behavior and safety participation behavior. Through a large number of data collection, the use of multivariate statistical analysis tools and structural equation model. The safety atmosphere and safety behavior structure model of miners are constructed, and the mechanism of the model is revealed, and a new method to improve the safety behavior of miners is put forward from the point of view of improving safety atmosphere, so as to improve the level of safety production in coal mines.
