【摘要】:利用金尾矿通过聚合反应制备矿物聚合材料作为充填采矿的胶凝材料,并且通过碱熔活化来提高金尾矿在矿物聚合材料制备过程中的活性。通过正交试验优化可知,金尾矿碱熔活化的最佳条件为:碱熔温度650℃、NaOH用量10%、碱熔时间40 min。以此条件下活化的金尾矿作为胶凝材料在不同的灰砂比和料浆浓度下制备胶结充填材料,材料的28 d抗压强度可达2.74~5.80 MPa,满足充填采矿的要求。
