电牵引采煤机行走机构创新设计与评价研究

【摘要】:煤炭作为传统能源在当今社会发展中仍然发挥着不可或缺的作用,随着科技的发展,煤炭开采设备的自动化程度越来越高。电牵引采煤机是综采工作面的核心设备,整机重量较大、结构复杂,面对生产率不断提高的要求,其有效运行时间直接影响工作面的产能。 电牵引采煤机工作环境异常复杂、恶劣,其行走机构的稳定性和结构强度对电牵引采煤机的正常运行有着至关重要的作用。本文主要以电牵引采煤机行走机构为研究对象,以TRIZ理论为理论基础,结合机械力学对电牵引采煤机进行力学特性分析,深入了解行走机构的齿轨轮、导向滑靴和销排在实际工况下的受力规律及其故障原因。 通过对电牵引采煤机行走机构所涉及的工程问题分析,用通用工程参数对问题进行描述,将其转化为一般问题。运用阿奇舒勒矛盾矩阵对实际工程问题进行矛盾分析,找到矛盾的根本原因,并利用推荐的创新原理逐一解决矛盾,最终给出解决问题的通用方案集。结合行走机构实际工程问题,将通用方案集转化为针对行走机构的具体创新设计方案集。建立模糊评价体系对行走机构各创新设计方案进行模糊综合评价,确定最佳创新设计方案,并进行合理性分析。 将TRIZ理论与模糊评价理论相结合,运用到电牵引采煤机行走机构的工程问题中来,,可找到解决问题的最佳方法,确定最佳创新设计方案。电牵引采煤机行走机构的工程问题解决将大幅提高其工作可靠性,保证综采工作面的产能。
[Abstract]:Coal, as a traditional energy, still plays an indispensable role in the development of society. With the development of science and technology, the automation of coal mining equipment is more and more high. Because of its large weight and complicated structure, the effective running time of the whole machine directly affects the productivity of the working face in the face of increasing productivity. The working environment of electric traction shearer is extremely complex and bad. The stability and structural strength of its walking mechanism play an important role in the normal operation of electric traction shearer. On the basis of TRIZ theory, the mechanical characteristics of electric haulage shearer are analyzed in combination with mechanical mechanics, and the force law of gear rail wheel, guide slipper and pin row of walking mechanism under actual working conditions and the causes of failure are deeply understood. Through the analysis of the engineering problems involved in the walking mechanism of electric haulage shearer, the problems are described with general engineering parameters and converted into general problems, and the actual engineering problems are analyzed by using the Acheshule contradiction matrix. Find out the root cause of the contradiction, and use the recommended innovation principle to solve the contradiction one by one, and finally give a general solution to the problem set, combined with the actual engineering problems of walking mechanism, The general scheme set is transformed into the specific innovative design scheme set for the walking mechanism, and the fuzzy evaluation system is established to evaluate the various innovative design schemes of the walking mechanism, to determine the best innovative design scheme, and to analyze the rationality of the fuzzy evaluation system. By combining TRIZ theory with fuzzy evaluation theory and applying it to the engineering problem of electric haulage shearer walking mechanism, the best method to solve the problem can be found. The optimal innovative design scheme is determined. The engineering problem solving of the walking mechanism of electric haulage shearer will greatly improve its working reliability and ensure the production capacity of fully mechanized coal mining face.
