重介旋流器系统对煤泥性质的影响研究

【摘要】:煤炭作为我国的主体能源,占一次能源消费比重的63%左右。并且在未来相当长时期内,煤炭的主体能源地位不会改变。煤炭工业是关系国家经济命脉和能源安全的重要基础产业。现在我国的原煤入选率只在65%以上,这个比例在以后还会继续增加。 煤泥水处理是整个选煤工艺中涉及面最广、投资最大、最复杂、最难管理的工艺环节,同时煤泥水处理也是选煤生产中最为薄弱的环节,选煤厂能否正常生产,首先要经受住煤泥水系统的考验,因此,要想做好选煤厂生产技术管理,就必须掌握煤泥量的多少。 随着煤炭开采机械化程度的提高,开采过程中对原煤的破碎情况变的严重,致使煤炭在洗选加工过程中产生大量的高泥煤泥水,并且这种状况日益凸显,因此,泥化特征对煤炭的洗选加工效果以及煤泥水处理的影响就显得更为重要。煤的泥化试验数据也已成为设计选煤厂的基础资料之一。 由于经济与环境的压力促使着我国选煤工业向高效率、低成本的方向快速发展。分选精度高、操作方便、占地面积小、易于实现自动化的重介质选煤技术(特别是大直径重介质旋流器)受到我国青睐。现在,以大型无压给料三产品重介质旋流器为主选设备的简化重介质选煤工艺已得到了较大范围的推广和应用,使我国重介质选煤技术处在国际先进水平行列。重介质选煤技术也已经成为我国选煤工业发展的首选技术。 对于传统跳汰选煤工艺的泥化资料已经积累了相当的数据,在从事选煤生产或设计时,可以直接采用一些比较可靠的参考值。而对于新发展起来的重介质旋流器选煤工艺,积累的泥化资料数据相对较少。 本文详细论述了选煤厂的基本情况和采取煤样时的煤质资料,分析了旋流器在我国的应用情况,阐述了试验的过程。本课题以有压两产品重介旋流器和无压三产品重介旋流器为主要研究对象,通过对其入料的性质、处理量和分选出的产品的分析,并通过计算得到它们所产生的次生煤泥量。通过本课题的研究不仅可以得到有压两产品重介旋流器和无压三产品重介旋流器所产生的次生煤泥量,同时还可以对这两种设备所产生次生煤泥量进行对比分析,为以后的选煤厂设计和煤炭的洗选加工提供参考依据。
[Abstract]:As the main source of energy in China, coal accounts for about 63% of the primary energy consumption. The main energy status of coal will not change. The coal industry is an important basic industry related to the national economic lifeline and energy security. At present, the raw coal selection rate of our country is only over 65%, and this proportion will continue to increase in the future. Coal slime water treatment is the most extensive, investment, complex and most difficult to manage process in the whole coal preparation process. At the same time, slime water treatment is also the weakest link in coal preparation production. Can the coal preparation plant produce normally? First of all, the coal slurry system must be tested, so if we want to manage the production technology of coal preparation plant, we must master the amount of coal slime. With the improvement of mechanization of coal mining, the crushing of raw coal becomes serious in the process of mining, which results in a large amount of high mud slime water produced in the process of coal washing and processing, and this situation is becoming increasingly prominent. The effect of mudding characteristics on coal washing and processing and coal slurry treatment is more important, and the mudding test data have become one of the basic data for designing coal preparation plants. Because of the pressure of economy and environment, the coal preparation industry of our country develops rapidly in the direction of high efficiency and low cost. The separation precision is high, the operation is convenient, and the area is small. Heavy medium coal preparation technology (especially large diameter heavy medium cyclone), which is easy to automate, is popular in our country. The simplified heavy medium coal preparation process, which is based on a large pressure free feed three-product heavy medium cyclone as the main equipment, has been widely popularized and applied. The heavy medium coal preparation technology is in the international advanced level, and the heavy medium coal preparation technology has also become the first choice technology in the development of China's coal preparation industry. For the mudding data of traditional jig coal preparation process, considerable data have been accumulated, and some more reliable reference values can be directly used in coal preparation production or design. However, for the newly developed heavy medium cyclone coal preparation process, The accumulation of muddy data is relatively small. This paper discusses in detail the basic situation of the coal preparation plant and the coal quality data when the coal sample is taken, and analyzes the application of the hydrocyclone in our country. The main research object of this paper is the remedium cyclone with two products with pressure and the remedium cyclone with three products without pressure as the main research object, through the analysis of the properties of the feed, the amount of treatment and the products separated out, the main research object of this paper is the remedium cyclone with two products with pressure and three products without pressure. The secondary slime produced by them can not only be obtained by the research of this subject, but also by the secondary slime produced by the pressure two products heavy medium cyclone and the non pressure three product heavy medium cyclone. At the same time, the quantity of secondary coal slime produced by these two kinds of equipment can be compared and analyzed, which can provide reference basis for the design of coal preparation plant and the washing and processing of coal in the future.
