煤氧化实验精度改进及封闭耗氧实验方法

【摘要】:分析通气实验中不易自燃煤样氧化产生的微量气体随气流失、无法被仪器检测到的原因,建立一套封闭耗氧实验装置及实验气体浓度自动监测和数据采集系统.对不易自燃的无烟煤(山西长平煤矿8~#煤层)和易自燃的长焰煤(辽宁九道岭煤矿4~#煤层)在常温下做封闭耗氧实验研究.实验结果表明:不易自燃的无烟煤在常温24~25℃条件下也能吸附氧,并持续有规律地释放出CO气体.易自燃煤样在封闭实验罐中氧浓度呈负指数衰减,CO气体呈指数增长.计算得到2种煤样的耗氧速度常数分别为8.852和938.3μmol/(m3·s),两者耗氧速度相差约106倍.
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the reasons why the trace gas which is not easy to be oxidized from coal in aeration experiment is lost with the gas and can not be detected by the instrument. A set of closed oxygen consumption experimental device and automatic monitoring and data acquisition system of experimental gas concentration were established. The anthracite coal (8 # coal seam of Changping coal mine, Shanxi) and the long flame coal coal (4) coal seam of Jiudaoling Coal Mine, Liaoning Province, which are not easy to self-ignite, have been set up. The experimental results show that anthracite, which is not easy to spontaneous combustion, can also adsorb oxygen at 2425 鈩,
